very aggressive debt collector, calling my number and family members. They appear threaten legal action in their message (ie arrest), but I hesitate to click and talk to a real person. It is the same format as previous scam debt collectors, except the person who leaves the message at least speaks English.

They called my father earlier today and I called them back. I've had a few of these calls over the years. I applied for a payday loan probably 8 years ago when I was in college. I was approved but never accepted it because payday loans are bad. These people somehow got my info from the application and call me and family and threaten legal suit saying I was paid the money. They even went as far to say they have a signed affidavit from my bank. I called my bank and of course it's a lie. When I ask for paper proof they say it was mailed to.me and give my old address. And they say it's not their responsibility to send it to my new address. Google payday loan scam and you will read all about it.

Stop calling from the 1 (866) 204-0543

Everyday for the past 2 weeks, I receive a phone call and they just ask me to call them back-same message, same monotone man's voice.  They are also calling a previous employer.   I am sure it is nothing but a scam, but would like the phone calls to stop.   They don't say where they are from.

Rec'd message by unidentified caller claiming to be looking for me ("if you have any idea of the whereabouts of this person," etc), Calling about a formal complaint.  Does not identify who they are, but very familiar to other scam calls rec'd in the past.

Leaving constant voice mails about someone filing a formal complaint against me and if I know the whereabouts of this person... etc.  Definitely a scam!

866-204-0543 numerous calls the past week home and cell- I answered the call pushed the button to talk to someone- A Dwayne stated I had a payday loan from Tyton llc I didn't pay and it was from 2011 and a complaint was being filed. I advised him to please send the the paperwork I would have my chief of police brother look at it- he then wanted me to state for a recording that I am refsing to settle - I said on no I want the paperwork your number and name , I will be calling back from with my brother- he said ok gave ma a 866 874 1945 x 8800 which is a fake number and hung up ---SCAM SCAM SCAM

Getting calls from

866-204-0543 as well as 866-204-0462 have been calling me the last few days saying to press any key to be connected if I know whereabouts of someone but the name cant be heard. It is the exact same recorded message from both phone numbers. These people are extremely annoying and I have blocked their calls.

I have no idea who this person/company is and/or why they are calling

Coastal out of South Carolina.  Calling about a payday loan from years and years ago.  Their client is going to sue me if I don't pay it right now with a Visa or MC.  Told them to instruct their client to go for it.  Statute is up, and they want to file in a state I haven't lived in for a decade.  They had enough old information about me to make it sound legit.  They're recycling old paperwork and seeing what they can get.

Calling repeatedly stating they they are tracking Calvin Brannon or Brandon, can't really tell. There is like 4 different from 4 different states calling. I do not know who the person is and I do not know his where abouts, if he even exist.

Got an address on them and it can be taken care of very quickly.

I got a call from this number today. The call came from COASTAL or CFS.  They said that "A formal complaint has been filed for "my husband's name". First thing first... My phone number is a mobile number which was recently changed. My hubs would never use my phone number and the chances of this company having MY number and calling for MY husband is weird as it is.

Pissed off, knowing it's a SCAM, I called back the number a total of 4 times. I asked them what type of scam they are running. lol
Then asked them for their company name. 3 of the 4 reps stated CFS. When asked what CFS stands for or if they have a website, they all hung up.

The last person (the 4th rep) told me that the company name was COASTAL. I asked what is CFS, she replied that Coastal and CFS are the same. I asked what does the acronym stand for, she said that this was private information and she cannot disclose it.
I told her, "well, your company called ME" and I have the right to know. She told me that my number has been removed and if I ever hear from "my husband" (which I already denied knowing him) to have him call them back. Then she abruptly hung up the phone.

3 of the reps were of foreign descent (with an accent, however grammatically correct English), the last girl RATISHA sounded like she was straight out of Brooklyn.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - Please be careful everyone!

Constant calls were driving me nuts, pushed number to talk to a person...told them they had the wrong number and the calls were harrassing...they told me to lose my attitude and hung up

Called and asked for my wife but used a last name that has not been used in many years . Told her she owes $60 today or she would be served papers within 24 hours . So at that time I got on the phone and told him I had already looked up this phone number and that I understood the scam he was trying to pull. Then I called him a piece of [***] and told him to get a real job . He hung up

My wife and I were getting calls last year around this time with people trying to run the same scam. Just yesterday, they started it back up now using this number and a new company name. Would not give me their firm's address saying it was a matter of security. Main thing that concerned me wad that the guy stated he was looking at one of my wife's W2 forms. It was an old one with a former employer listed, but still scary to know that these POSs have this info. Wish that I had their address to go see them in person.

They have called my work number (6) times today leaving the same robocall sounding message.  A complaint has been filed - they are looking for me.  I blocked them on my cell phone.  They are threatening to say the least.  I am not even giving them the time of day.

Just received a call asking for my whereabouts. I hung up. I have received many of these calls. Most of the time, I go to the local police station and file a report. I don't have any outstanding loans, so it is a scam. I have been assured of this by the police.

He just called me something about even if your on your car you can call very mean.  They have also called my 13 year Olds phone doing this
