Don't know who they are - they didn't leave a message.

calls mostly in the evening. has never left a message. I assume it telemarketers as i heard from a friend that as of earlier this month the Do Not Call Registry was restarting and all numbers, cell phone or not, were now available to telemarketers.

Called this morning and left a message" an important business matter" call back at 1-866-204-7085.

They called nearly every time I was not at the office or went out for lunch. It is a recording that says please call regarding an important matter.

I had a call from this number at 8:15am on a saturday. It was an automated message and left 1-866-204-7085 as a contact ph#. I called it and it is Capital Management Corporation, which is a collection company. Please be aware that they are trying to collect a debt that is almost 8 years old. (The satute in my state is 6 years) on top of that I just filed bankruptcy about two weeks ago so their call is subject to legal action provided by the US Bankruptcy Court. I spoke to some obnoxious person who chose to not only dishonor the bankruptcy and try collect an "out of statutes account" but also began to screem and yell! Imagine that! The next thing he heard was a "click" followed by a dial tone. I contacted my attorney for advice.

I just read this entry after I posted mine "annoyed".  If this is a company claiming to be a "collection company" that can't possibly be legit since I have impecable credit and zero debts to be collected.  I still assume they are scammers trying to get your personal info.  They guy I spoke to was RUDE!
