Received a voicemail from this number, it said something about "this is a law firm, this is your final and only warning, call back at this number." funny enough, I am a process server, and this is NOT standard SOP procedure. Reverse looked the number up in 800forall.com, and it said it belongs to Peerless Network, Inc, who was sent a cease and desist letter by the FTC for forwarding spam and scam calls. They also did not: name the law firm, confirm any personal identifying information about me, or say anything about the matter of which I am being called. Not even "you are being sued, you are being called to court" or anything. The person in the message had a very stern and stress inducing tone, which also is not good SOP procedure. You want to make sure that people: understand what and why they are being served, and keep them calm for your and their safety.

I’ve received 7 voicemails from this number leaving the same message every time.

To Deborah Chase with CSP, contacting you regarding an order that has been resubmitted to my office.  I verified your address to present you with your formal claim.  You have already been given an opportunity to contact the firm handling this matter, and at this point you have chosen not to.  You will have until I read you personally to contact the firm to discuss this matter.  The firm can be reached at 866-204-7371.  This is your final and only notification for me.

Received same call and asked about debt and they did read off a legitimate debt and balance but refused to send me physical paperwork to confirm.  Hung up on them.
