False Claims of legal action coming in as an unknown number. Report to authorities

This is a firm called ICR. They stated that Flexshopper was taking me to court for merchandise that I never paid.

Just got the call saying it was for my daughter. I was informed if I didnt let her know or she called back they would be at my address in 10 mins to issue an arrest.. Okay Its now been 3 mins..lmao.

just received a call from a man whose name is Alex Wilson, his cell phone number 866-204-7579- he gave me a file number 508805

this company called a business looking for one of our employees, claiming the court case b.s.    i attempted to educate this fool on the fact that their practice is illegal (i know,     i worked for one of these companies for about a week)   i was hung up on, I then called back and tried talking to someone there to have the number removed, they said as long as the employee works here that they will continue to call.    I know these idiots look on here to see what is said about them so I hope that they read this:     I AM CONTACTING THE FCC AS WELL AS ATF (THEY WILL BE THE ONES THAT COME IN TO SHUT YOUR COMPANY DOWN)  THOSE THAT ARE SMART ENOUGH TO NOT WANT TO BE A PART OF THAT NEED TO GET OUT OF THERE NOW AND GET A REAL JOB AND STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE.   THOSE THAT STAY, I HOPE YOU LIKE WEARING ORANGE BECAUSE THAT WILL BE THE ONLY COLOR YOU GET WEAR BEHIND THOSE BARS

The first thing that had me thinking,is that they left a voicemail on my wife’s phone,not mine. The voicemail was from an Ashley Jones saying that I needed to make time or in one hour they would be at my job with documents to fill out and have my supervisor present as a witness OR they would show up at my house and would do the same but this time also take my drivers license. I called the number they left and said its for a debt I had in 2017. The amount owed was $1400 (according to her) but would be settled at once if I paid only $800 asap with my credit card. I asked for her to send me the documents in the mail so I can look over them and I would send a money order. She said she couldn’t give me an address because its a private firm. I hung up.

Don't call these people! They have threatened to serve me at work, take my car, arrest me (for what?)  I owe no outstanding bills and have reported to them to the Colorado Attorney General's Office (3 times now).  If you call them back they threaten to take your car, they somehow have you complete SS#, call your employer and have called my boss non-stop in the past.  This is illegal!  They are the lowest scum of the earth!

Just got a call from this person who left a voicemail saying there is a civil claim being filed against me in my jurisdiction and if I didnt respond I am going to be evicted 😂 I rent my house from my parents.. like what ahahaha

Left an message with a supposed file number on messenger service. Problem is the person they are looking for does not live here!

Got a call from an "unknown" number.  Some man said he had a call for me.  Said he needed me to respond by the end of the day to the person filing against me. I would need to provide my driver's license,. Another I'd and a witness. If I didn't call, he would be forced to make a note of non compliance.  Said I could remedy this by calling the above number, if not he would be forced to go to the next step.  Never ID himself, the company, what it is in reference to or anything.   Scam.
