Got a call from them today (a woman with a thick accent) claiming to be "Alliance Health Care".  They were trying to sell me prescriptions over the phone.  I told them no, and to not call my number again.  They said "ok".

Got a call asking if my daughter needed to refill her prescription.

Phone caller had very heavy accent and gave her company as Alliance Health Care.

Did not give out information.

Also received a call from man with heavy accent stating he's from Alliance Healthcare.  His unprofessional manner struck me as odd and made me look this number up.  Also asked to give us a discounted rate on prescription.

Lady with a slight accent called and stated she was with a pharmacy, I asked her what pharmacy and she stated Alliance Pharmacy.  She then started with the speech about if I am interested in buying prescriptions blah...blah...blah...I stopped her and told her to take me off their calling list and she asked me why.  I told her I was not interested and do not want to be bothered by them and she AGAIN asked me why so I then told her that I am on the no solicitation list and it is against the law for her to call me and if they call me again I will report them.  She got mad, huffed an OKAY and hung up.

I've been getting calls 3X per week for the past month from a woman just like the one described above.  She keeps asking for "Jerry" and offered to sell me a Viagra prescription.  Once she told me her name was "Kay," and another time she said she was "Linda" from Alliance Health Care.  I keep telling her not to call, and she keeps calling anyway.  I've reported them to the FCC.

This company Alliance Health Care owns about 100 other drug companies online and if you ever bought drugs online or gave your phone number, you will be called as much as 12- 15 times a week and about 50 e-mails a week.I bought a medication once online and have been harrassed ever since.It's always a different person and they don't know you have been called before. You are on a list of hundreds of thousands. I have tried to no avail to get my number off their list. I have even sign up for the NO Call List- to no avail. Alliance called me 3 times yesterday!!

My experience is exactly the same. People with foreign accents claiming to be from Alliance Health Care in NYC call and ask me to buy prescriptions from them. This has gone on for about 4 months now. They say there website is billsless.com

These people have been calling me for 8 months at least twice per day soliciting soma and tramidol. I have filed complaints with the FTC and FCC. I have called them asking to stop calling me several times. I'm effing sick of this.

They call my cellphone, which is totally illegal. I cannot stand their calls anymore. Today my blood boiled when they called. Then, I called them back following the guidelines below:

I mentioned that I wanted the information above because I was gathering information to sue them. I said that my lawyer said that I had all the rights to sue them and also my cellphone provider would give a list with all their calls. I also asked who authorized them to call me. They said that the name of the person that I never heard of that bought medication from them and used my cell number. Of course, I did not buy that!
By the end the customer service person guaranteed 100% that I would not receive a call from them anymore.

If they do not stop, I will certainly sue them.

Just adding my voice to the discussion--they call repeatedly, and have so far ignored my request to remove me from their list (after at least 10 calls to my cell phone). Always a woman with a thick accent, from "Alliance Health" offering to sell me prescription medicine. They also e-mail me, several times a day, using different e-mail addresses to spoof my spam filters. I've reported them to the Do Not Call registry, but I suspect they are an off-shore company, and I don't know if the registry has jurisdiction. Also, AT&T says I cannot block incoming calls from a specific number, or I would simply handle it this way. Very frustrating.

I got a call from Alliance Health Care they claim I bought valtrex & that they could give me a good deal. I told them i was on the do not call list & that this was the third time they call She said that they would not call again. I recomend putting this number on your directory with the name "DO not answer" that way every time they call you know not to answer.

They are off shore & theFCC cant do jack about them.

Also if you are board you should crank call them telling them that you are the FCC so on & have fun with it.

I have tried for several month to get my number removed from thier call list, to no avail. I have requested to speak to a supevisor or someone in charge and they are always unavailable.

Calls for months from Alliance Health care. refuse to put me on the do not call list which I should already be on. I reported them finally today. I hope they get the 11,000 fine!

Guess what 10 or so requests later, and they still call me. Erica was the one this time. She said she was a supervisor. Hum. She got an ear full from me. I also got an address. If anyone knows anyone in NYC, please post. Alliance Healthcare, 220 5th ave, NY, NY, 101001. I would be interested in a class action lawsuit, as they are calling my cell phone as well. As posted earlier, I have filed complaints with the FTC and FCC.

I'm with you on the taking them to court. Can we class action them? They are killing me with phone calls on my cell.

I am in the same boat with you all.  It is flipping absurd that they can get away with this.  Not only are the annoying, but personally they are causing mental distress. Everytime I see an 800 number come across my phone I know it's them and my blood boils.  FYI:  ATT offers a call blocking plan called smart limits and it can block 15 numbers.  However, I am up to 10 blocked numbers all from them, and they still keep calling.  Sometimes with only a 5 digit number showing.

They start buy saying it's a call about your online pharmacy, but when pinned down, indicate they want to sell and it's not about any online account you already have.

Please stop calls from Alliance Health.
