calls on my work cellphone about a delinquent account and for me to call back they use a different name of the on the so called account

Calls telling me this is in regards to a delinquent account and that I have to call to settle this issue with the number 866-205-1461, and to reference N2368

Was this CS Recovery? And someone named "Nicole"?

Received a call this morning about a debt I supposedly owed. Gave me a blanket name for the company I owed supposed debt to. Ladies name was Nicole Walker. Can find no information about this company online.

Called them they are a recovery agency for some Cash advance place. Never had any kind of loan like this. Said I owe 1600 with interest from back in 2013. I only called cause some guy called from a private number threatening me saying he was tracking me down and have two pending charges and was not told what those charges were.

Continue to call said they would serve papers at my employer

Person didn't ask for me by name and didn't identify himself or company but THREATENED to "actively pursue you at your residence" but didn't say why...not sure this is legal...more than creepy

They call, and call and then blow up on my voice mail about being a parent, that just wrong I mean really wrong, you don't mess with my kids point blank, said something about me not answering there call that I forfeiting my rights, umm it was very weird,

Someone from an unknown number left very threatening messages on both my sister and mother’s phones. They left this number as the call back number. They said the message was for me and that “because they had been unable to reach me by phone, they would begin actively pursuing me at my home or place of business. I could call their processing center to work out an arrangement with the company that hired them, but once paperwork was served, that would no longer be an option as I would have forfeited that right.” Then the person ended the call by saying “Good luck.” They never identified themselves as a collection agency nor did they say it was an attempt to collect a debt. They did not say who they were. I have no intentions of calling them back. This type of scare-tactic calling has been happening to me for the past 4 years. I could probably count over 60 differently “companies” with 100 different phone numbers. I changed my number, but they still find me. I check my credit report frequently and none of these “debts” have ever shown up. If I can locate a name without calling them, I file a report with my state attorney general. Not sure what else I can do.

Their persistent scam artist hahha every time they call their # is unknown. They leave a phony 800 number, sorry if you’re a collection business I don’t think you’d answer hello? Yes when I call back I block my number, ahah stupid people and their stupid scams, with their scare tactics I listen to the voicemail and lmfao have a great day

This caller has called several times saying there are 2 pending charges for my husband but never says his name or the company he works for. I have asked them to stop calling but they still call

I love it when they call. I get a call for my mother about 3 times a week from them saying she has 2 judgements against her. I explain I have power of attorney and want to take care of it. She doesn't want anything against her she has never went bad on anything. When the started explaining how to take care of it I stop them and tell them i am sorry i just remember i put her check book in her casket 3 years ago when she passed. I then said some thing i won't print. Hope they call tomorrow afternoon i get bored in the afternoon

This number was given as a number to call regarding "charges against" my deceased mother! When I tried to call the number I just got an on hold melody. No answer.

Got a call from an Unknown number but they listed this number as the way to reach them. The message claimed they have been trying to contact me in regards to some kind of charges against me. The message was very aggressive. From the comments I’ve read here it seems they are involved with Lowe’s but I don’t have any accounts with Lowe’s much less any delinquent ones with them.

It is very interesting how information you could have actually used, instead of listening to rumors was posted in this thread and you ignored it or failed to read it.  Was there a reason for that?

I would suggest two things.  First, stop posting like you are sending a telegraph since those went out of style years ago.  Second, read the other posts and you will learn something.

Got an “unknown “ call on my cell.  Didn’t answer. Someone left a message saying that he received an order on me and that as a parent I have pending changes on me for something.  Thing is I’m not a parent.  Said since he couldn’t get a hold of me he’d either be coming to my place of work or home. Threatening!! However it’s my legal right to call the client at 866-205-1641.  WTF he never said where he was calling from, never said what the charges were and who the client is. Apparently it must be Lowes.  I wish we could get these people and charge them with harassment!!!
