this is iqor.  a collection agency.   heres what you do.
call them back and hang up.  as many times in a day as you can stand to do.
it busys up their customer service people (bill collectors) AND LOWERS PRODUCTIVITY.
WHILE THEY ARE BUSY ANSWERING AND BEING HUNG UP ON,  THEY ALSO CANNOT MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS.
even better, if you can set up an auto dialer, a single line phone can make approx 10, 000 calls a day.   Im really pissed at these guys, and the more people we can get doing this the better.

THIS IS NOT ILLEGAL.  canadian RCMP told me , with a smile, you are simply giving them back their own medicine.

They say they are icorp, icore, but they are really IQOR with offices across the US, Canada, and elsewhere so they are not bothered by the Ontario Consumer Affairs when it comes to paying heed to the laws. i get the same thing they wont leave a message or anything to anyone to answers. they tell me that i have an unpaid ticket i dont even drive so how is it possible that i could of got a ticket i am really annoyed that i had to block there number. they are calling me everyday sometimes 2 times a day i just wish that someone can stop them from calling it is getting annoying

I got a call from this number, saying they were from Imperial Parking collecting on a ticket. The lady who spoke had terrible English, like a heavy Jamaican accent that I could barely understand. She had my last name and middle name and that's it... everything else was wrong: my first name, plate number, street address, all wrong. So then she confirmed that I was not the right person, and I'm like, but how did you get my last name? But she was so hard to understand I let it go. I called back a few minutes later and a guy answered with proper pronunciation and I could ask for clarification on the matter. He explained that they are a collection agency, and they use the information they have on the ticket to gather more info from credit references, insurance etc in an attempt to locate the person owing. He said that there may be some 20 different phone numbers attached to one file in the attempt to narrow down the person they're looking for. He verified that my number was deleted.

yeah they've got the wrong person... but they are stupid because they treat you as if they got the right person...

Just answer them and tell them they got the wrong person. They will delete your number and (hopefully) leave you alone after that.

Same here, for parking tickets. See my post down below (Steve).
If you talk to them and verify your name, they will be convinced they've got the wrong person and delete your number.

I went to their website, read their own code of conduct, noticed a "customer advocacy" phone number (1-800-811-4214).  I called and spoke to a very friendly woman who noted my number and told me it would take 48 to 72 hours to be removed from their dialer.  I wait with some hope and a lot of cynicism...

They have been calling me about every day for the past 5 months around 5pm at night. They ask for someone I don't know and refuse to divulge any information. When I tell them I am not who they are looking for and to stop calling, they apologize and hang up and then proceed to call again the next day.

Got a call from 866-205-3071 this afternoon.  I answered it, only to hear background sounds but no voice (idiots).  Very annoying.

I receive a letter from them to my Son at my Home address today, Last time i spoke with them when they were bringing me into my Sons account and asking for my to put his bill on my Credit card..  this lady also hung up on me,  I recalled and asked for a Mangager to please call me at my Home number to talk to him about this treatment, I have yet to receive that phone call from a Manager to discuss being hung up on and my state of mind and the fact that it has cause me to have heart palvations to the point that i thought i was having a heart attact and have been to my doctor.  I plan to seek damages for this against them as they are doing to my Son as he is also ill and lost his job,  And they are harrasing him on my Phone.  I would like to Govement to start to get involved it this and start helping people as we all suffer from this in the End. Ohip will pay more as people end up in the Hospital and have heart atacks and young people end up trying to committe suicide as my Nefew did.  Sorry about the spelling but i am not well and not that great at writting on the computer and their should be spell check on here for people with LD. disability.s thanks You need to Govern yourself accordingly, Not us. You have wrote that at the bottom of the Letter that will be going to my MP and also a Lawyer for small claims court. Something has to been done about this.  We have laws I believe. 39673536...file I will be seeing you in court, I plan to file as soon as I am well enough. That is your file number . Hey all you out there, if we put our names on the DO NOT CALL list will this stop their harrassing calls and all hours? the fines are hefty I believe. Perhaps this would be useful. Any thoughts?

I emailed iQor at omb@iqor.com and explained that I wasn't who they were looking for and was tired of them calling me twice a day for 8 months and they asked for my phone number and removed me from their list and have not called back.

My number  is unlisted.  It was previously owned by an individual in government and I keep getting calls from people looking for him.  Now I guess they have forwarded the stuff to these Icorp idiots.  I refuse to answer or return their calls unless they leave me information about whom and what is it they are calling for.  I owe no parking tickets or other fines.

They keep calling and typically hanging up (automated calling system). I answer and they won't leave any information. I ask for the manager and get a hang up when they transfer me. I finally find the manager "Ann White" we had a discussion expressed my frustration with this process and received a lecture from Ann. I asked her to stop and told her how I feel with their harassing phone calls. She continue in her lecture and said "we will continue to call until we speak to your wife" I asked her if she was threatening me and she stated "Have a nice call" and hung up.

This really has to come to an end. She has said they will remove my number but the proof will be if they actually stop calling.

I have been getting these guys calling for almost a year! They call from 6:30am to 11:00pm, about 3-4 times a day! It is only a recording that says that it is really urgent that we call them back at the phone number! So I dont even get a real person on the phone! And when you call them back they have no idea what you are talking about and need all your personal info. Screw that you called me you should know it I would think if it was really urgent that I call them back! I would really like to know how to get them to stop calling, someone suggested when they call dont hang up just leave the phone off the hook so there line is busy and they have to pay for the long distance bill. Will hav to try it to see if that works.

this number calls my house at all hours of the day and night, no one is on the line, and when after MONTHS of this, I tried calling the number back, I was told by a woman "why should I take your number off the list" and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, a man came on and told me I had to tell him why I wanted to speak to a supervisor and refused to either stop calling, give me a supervisor, or tell me why they were calling.  In fact, the woman asked ME for my file number.....for what??????
