scammers.....scammed my money yesterday

I got a call from a guy named Peter Koop from this number trying to sell me some software to "fix my computer."  My laptop didn't even have any viruses, malware, or spyware. I knew it was suspicious when I demanded his name and number and instead he simply kept going back to "you need to buy the software within 15-20 minutes or your computer's at risk of crashing."

Got a call from a guy, the language barrier was thick but I made out that he was trying to place a Trojan on my PC so I'd have to buy a fix for it from him. I asked for a call back number and hung up. I'm from NY, they don't usually try this with us smh

Got a call from someone named Alex.  Same story.  Said my computer was in danger.  Did not want me to call back; said he would call me.  I checked with Norton and it was a hoax
