This was the number given by a scammer calling themselves Windows Tech Support.  The company they represented was called.

A man called me named "peter" and he sounded Indian, saying he was a window tech. He said he wanted to fix my computer.

He wants to get access to your computer, claim to "fix" it for a certain sum,  then steal all your information.  Hang up on these callers and block the number.  Always be wary of any 866 area code call.  Never give anyone you do not personally know, access to your computer.

Got a call from Caller ID 21-200-0000. Looks like a North Africa nation code. Caller wanted me to log into www.teamviewer.com. I wouldn't hit the enter key. He told me not to worry, it was an Apple site. Meanwhile I Googled for teamviewer.com and opened the first hit to find TeamViewer 12, a site linking to a remote control session. I told the man on the phone that I was on that page, and he told me to hit Download TeamViewer. I told him I was too concerned about a scam to do that. In a rich, difficult to fully understand Indian accent, he was sympathetic. So he asked me to call him at 866 206 1053. He said his name was Flag Martin, and that he was located in Ohio. I would call the Call type a scam, but that isn't on the drop down list. After about 5 minutes, I got another call with the same Caller ID, but it was a terrible, barely audible connection with an echo. I hung up. In a few seconds, my phone rang again with the same Caller ID, but the line was dead. I probably contracted a disease even answering the call.
