Answers with only a personal first name; they called my boss's private cell number which should not be attached to me anywhere.  He said they are an arbitration firm that mediates settlements.  The msg left said I was set to be served between 3-6 today and if I wasn't home they would serve me at work tomorrow and that I needed my ID and a witness.  Been on hold for 5 minutes.  About to hang up.

I got the same call yesterday for my mom about someone going to serve legal documents. They gave me a name of Sarah Gates and a case number. They called again this morning with a reminder. We think it's fake....

IF there was a real summons for you, you would NOT be warned.  BLOCK them.  The "have an ID & witness" the first poster stated is just a scare & tactic.

I got this same call on yesterday and the guys name was Mark. Said they would show up around 3 or 5 today. The message they left had my name, and County that I live in. I don’t give out my number and I find it odd I must say.  I just signed up for Dollar General’s app yesterday morning and they wouldn’t allow me to get the coupons without entering my telephone number, of course my name and a zip code. I am wondering if they sell your information to make money off of it because I find it odd that all of a sudden the same information of mine that I gave them is what was used in this call. Any business that I do, I use my full name and I didn’t with Dollar General. Other than that, I really believe it’s a scame and if it’s not, then I will certainly be back with an update around 6pm today😂. It’s something that the number left was not able to pull up though when searched by google. I hate I couldn’t block the number because they called unknown.

I forgot to add even though they called from an unknown number, the number left on my voicemail was the 866-206-1788. I am not calling I can tell you that!
