According to the website www.customtollfree.com this number belongs to Level 3 Communications.  Their website is http://www.level3.com.  I cannot imagine why they would be calling me.  What about you?

I keep getting calls from this number too ...I still dont know what they want cause I dont answer if I don't know the number. They dont leave a voicemail for me too but its been 2 weeks and they call every other day. ugh

I get calls on my work number. They claim to be a Lead to Class company. Some indian/pakistani dude is calling with no reception or English. I am so full of it. I am going to report this company. What makes me upset even more, is that they keep calling after i tell them that its my work number.

They did exactly same thing to me. They keep calling to my work number even after I told them to stop calling.

thy been calling me on and off for the last couple days if they wanted me they should leave a massage.

They keep calling me at work and they ask for me specifically. They say that I "filled out information on a webiste" saying I want to further my education. I'm already going to college! And they won't stop calling my work! They call frequently

I got a few calls from them in the past and I thought they stopped calling me, but today I just got another one from them. I never answer it and they never leave a voice mail. It is really annoying and I wish they would stop calling!!

I get calls from this number at least once a day -- today it was 4 times in 3 hours.   I refuse to answer out of area calls unless they leave a message,  and these people never leave a message

yes that happened to me too they call even in the early morning. they once told me that i ahd filled an online form for education which is very bizzarre cuz i am a phd and  asked me for my credit card number....it is so annoying.

Get calls 3 to 4 times a day from this bunch of idiots--does anyone know how to reach these simpletons?????

I just got a call from them and asked how they got my name and number.  They said I signed up for information from them via Careerbuilder...when I told them that I did no such thing, they hung up on me.  I am so angry right now.  Careerbuilder will be hearing from me on Monday!!!

I am so upset at this 866 206 5623.  I try to be professional and answer the calls politely as ever because they are calling my customer service number for www.circlebell.com.  I though maybe it was a sales call but every time they call and I answer I get no response.  

I guess maybe they just want to anoy me.
