This is a scam call. He says his name is Joe Manning, which is associated with other scam phone numbers on other threads here.

Left a message that something was stolen....total scam

AC Associates, Joe Manning: total scam.. Said he is offering a settlement on a CURRENT account I have with a company I am CURRENT with.  Threatened to contact all my extended family to say I am stealing!

Total SCAM! Called my relatives and said his name is Joe Manning from AC & Associates and that I had a loan for 4k and that it was not paid and they would be putting a lien on my house if I didn't pay by the end of the week. The number he called from is 888-807-2983.

Said he was a debt collector but not !!! Don't want him calling me he is a scam artist
