This is a scam. They will call using different numbers, but this is the most recent. This last time it was a guy named Adam. He said he is looking for my mom. Which the whole time they call her Mr. White. So I immediately knew this was not legit. Anyways, he says he is from the state process server and I have 2 hours to contact the legal outsourcing dept. If I do not call in 24 to 48 hours, himself (Adam) or the local sheriff dept will locate me at my home or place of business. He says it is in reference to check freud and a breach of contract. Anyways my mom has called these people back before and they tell her that she owes money for a payday loan she got. My mom has never gotten a payday loan before in her life. When she said that to the guy on the phone, he hung up. Dont give these people any information.

Got a phone call from these people.  Claimed my wife was wanted for fraud by the state of Florida.  Problem is my wife has never been to Florida and passed away almost 5 years ago.  They wanted he SSN which I wouldn't give.  Woman I talked to got snotty and hung up.

I gotta call from these people too saying that my name was Ramos which it is and now they said Ramirez so I thought that was kind of funny. They also changed the price of what I owed as well they said I gotta default on payday loans that were both 400 and now they say I gotta pay them at 750 a peice when before they said 400 for both of them to go away. I didn;t call them back and the same guy called me saying he wanted me to call him back so I can set up a place to meet up with him and the local authorities so they can serve me papers to go to court he sounded like a black man not middle eastern like they usually are.
