unknown caller.  wants me to vertify a signature so he can deliver me documents

Acted as if they were arbitration trying to take me to court and almost demanded that I pay them money

Have had any further contact with them? They have called us and our relatives, we have not done business with them at all.

Claims to be imperial processing service and that if I do not respond to their legal department that I will be facing fraud and deceptive practices in my county? Also contacted family members through private numbers never disclosed. Trying to obtain money to "settle" so called obligations I've never heard of

My son received a call from 608-447-0409 on April 21st and 22nd saying charges were being brought against him for wire transfer fraud and other charges and to avoid an arrest to call 866-206-6834 by 5pm. So he called that number and they said his sister used his social security number for a loan and the money went into his account at credit union. And to avoid charges he needed to pay $800. He told them he never banked at credit union in life. And he asked them why were they coming after him if she got the loan? They said because it was his social security number. And they think he and his sister were working together. He called them back the next day to find out what was the bank account and she wouldn't give it to him. He asked them where they are from, she said they were located all over Monroe county. He asked again what city? They hung up on him. He called them back and the number was no longer in service. So he called from a different phone he asked them why they hung up on him she said they were talking to a lawyer. She hung up on him again. Something needs to be done with this crooked outfit!!!
