Yes, they called at my place of business. That is a no, no.

They keep calling me at my place of business and home phone after I sent them a cease and distist letter.  I will send one by certified mail and they will end up oweing me a $1000.00 if they continue!!!

They also use a number of 646-502-4165.  

They can be sued for 1000.00 for violating the fair debt collection act

Naturally they won't send in anything in writing because they can't proofe the debt.  No judge would award them their exorbient fees.  All they can do is call, nothing else

You sound like a professional debtor. It's always better practice to pay back a loan versus suing a company for a debt you owe them.

No brotherly love sounds as if he knows more of the law than those breaking it trying to get an illedged owed debt. You sound like someone who is pissed they don't fall for their criminal tactics.
