Got a call from this number and while the wife was on the phone to Frontier with the phone number on the bill and I googled the phone number and found out that it was a scam.

3-5 calls daily from this # during the day when we're not around, we've been trying for MONTHS to change our billing address, (unsuccessfully), w\frontier, (aka Verizon), we started getting these calls the day after our last go~around with Frontier AGAIN trying to get them to bill us @ the right address, (& it still didn't happen). How strange!?!?
PS ~~ their residential service is HORRIBLE! dsl is ABHORANT & after 23yr of service, we just wish they would GO AWAY! (& take their toll free 'bots with them!)

Got a call saying they were from frontier phone company too regarding change of pass code. Thought it was true because I had recently called them regarding some phone issues. Thanks for posting this. Kept me from calling.
I forwarded the info to the real frontier company.

I do have Frontier, and a month ago, I did make a change to my service.  HOWEVER, this number called me on July 4, a federal HOLIDAY.  Therefore, I too conclude that this must be an impersonation of the company.

I have been called by frontier. The caller ID, ALWAYS says FRONTIER. Not; TOLL FREE CALL !!!

Yesterday, I received a voicemail to call confirming my change of address.
I called back.... On hold for a while..... The gentleman knew my acct. balance and told me the new address my billing was changed to. It was my son's new address.
My son had recently moved and accidentally checked the family box instead of individual. I was aware of this so assumed this number would be legit.
The gentleman requested for my address to be changed back.
Called the the cuts. Service number on my bill today to verify the phone number.... He could not definitely verify the number with his Supervisor, but was told Frontier has many call centers around the country.
He did look at notes verifying that I had talked to someone about my address requesting it to be changed back.
I suggest to just call Frontier using the phone number on your bill &/or log in to the website.
When I logged in, it showed my address had been changed to my son's..... Still in the process of changing back.

I got a call from this number, they did not leave a msg.  Called back and it is a valid Frontier number.

They are back.  Recycling approach from 2013 that used a postcard.   To confirm recent request for change in authorization or passcode, etc.   It is a scam.  I called the actual Frontier Customer Service which can be obtained from their website or your bill (if you are a customer) and they confirmed - no such request.  One post here says they called and it was legitimate number.  That person was either scammed or one of the scammers trying to make it appear legitimate.   The Call Type drop down box need to have SCAM as one of the categories.

I got a robo call that said I had requested a change to my Frontier password and to call this number 866-207-7370 if I didn't request a password change.  I checked my email, and there were no emails from frontier, which automatically emails me when someone requests a password change. So I checked here and saw many people got this call and believe it is a scam. I'm not calliing them back, as I'm pretty sure it is a scam!
