My hubby got a postcard from DMC Serivces (667 Deltona Blvd, Ste. 100, Deltona, FL 32725) stating "Sorry we missed you...we have been trying to reach you to deliver an important package.  To reschedule delivery 1) call the number on the other side of the card 2) please reference the tracking number to one of our delivery rep.   Our team understands your time is valuable and we will schedule the most convenient time to deliver to your home.   Call the 1-866-209-2989 to schedule delivery.  You know it's not legit since if they tried delivering there would have been a notice from the USPS.  This  post card was in my mailbox and already pre-printed.  On the BBB site:  "According to consumers when they call the phone number on the card it's to an appointment setter to schedule a sales visit to their home."

I received a postcard in the mail about delivering a package.  However, the mailing address was a brand new home that a family member lives in.  I sent packages to myself there for the holidays via Amazon and Amazon only.  The postcard was addressed the same way.  I'm not sure how they are getting the info but this is not an address I used before December of 2014.

My neighbor and I received the same post card - from DMC services 667 Deltona Blvd, Ste 100 Deltona FL 32725, with the number 1-866-209-2989. Instead of calling you, you call them, under the pretense that it's a delivery for you. I called and I was to have a package that was to be delivered. It was laundry detergent. However, throughout the call, I realized that this was a scam of some sort, they mentioned doing a free water test. When someone mentioned that they will do a free water test, that means that they are trying to sell a water filter system. Anyways, I passed on the offer, but my neighbor bit, and she said yes. Someone came over with a bottle of Tide and tried to sell them a water filter. I was right. I was there with her and her husband at the time. While the salesperson (NOT a package delivery guy, and not a professional city water tester) was giving his pitch, I walked out to my car and saw his. His car was packed with laundry detergent. So there really is no "package".  What they do most likely is they have the salesman buy tide, then show up at your door and try to sell to you a much more expensive product... an water filter. Her and her husband refused, and the salesperson was pretty pushy, and had called in to get them a better offer. They refused again, and he went off rather grumpy, knowing that his part of the scam didn't work this time. A neat trick, one that's been done before. It's a pretty sneaky way to do business, but there you have it.

Am afraid I already deleted calls from this number so I do not know how many or when they were sent.  Received the post card as many others have stated above.  However, the card was addressed to Rosanna Keys (misspelled) and the phone # 1-866-209-298, missing the last digit.  Googled DMC Services and found this site.  Glad I did!

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:
