This number appeared on my computer when I was setting up my Roku express. The guy told me I needed to pay a one time fee of $100 to activate it. I told him I thought it was free..and I hung up. When I got back on my phone I was able to activate it myself.

It also appeared  on mine. I was told I had to pay 159.99 for Premium or 99.99 for Standard. I told them it was supposed to be free. I hung up and then was able to connect my TV.

It's a scam. They claim to be Roku customer service and try to get you to pay a phony charge for up to $190.

I also was directed to call this number when my newly installed ROKU wouldn't work and was told I'd have to pay $100 because I had 2 TV's with Roku.  Unfortunately I believed them and charged the fee.  I am now in the position of having to dispute the charge.

Called this number when setting up a Roku device. There was an error and the webpage directed me to call this support number. Spoke to "Andy" and was told that in order to set up a second device I would need to sign up for a premium plan ranging between $99-$199 dollars. Andy's number and extension (866)211-4447 ext.1016

I was setting up Rolu for my TV and the computer directed me to this #. I was told I had to pay the fee in order to get the channels. I pd $120.00 only to have to dispute this with my CC co. It’s a scam.

This is a scam. They pose as customer rep. Don't pay money for installing/activating Rocku.
