Automated message calling daily in the morning (2x so far)looking for someone with my last name but a different first name. Automated choices are:
- If you are (name) press 1
- To place this call on hold, while (name) comes to the phone press 2
- If (name) is not available, press 3.
There is no option that says (name) is not at this number, nor an option to speak with a person.

I received the same message and options as above, also for a person who is not me.  I called back and the company identified themselves as Conserve, a debt collection agency.  Doing a quick search online, the first thing that came up was from someone who also was receiving calls from the company who believes Conserve be a fraudulent company based on inaccuracies of information concerning that person's debt and a lack of information on the company itself.

I keep receiving calls from this number but I don't answer 800 numbers and they never leave a message.

I received a few calls from them.  They were looking for someone that shared my name, but no other information.  It seemed like they were prying for additional information from me.  They first asked if I was the same person that was born in 1984.  I said no, and that I was born way before that.  Then the guy said "WAY before that?".  I said yes, and then lied about how long ago it was, because I realized I might be giving away information.  Then he asked me if I lived in Encino, CA.  I said no I did not.  And then he wanted my phone number, although they were the ones that called me.  After arguing, and wanting the calls to stop, I gave him the last 4 digits of my phone number.  I felt like if I was giving away information, they would have continued to ask more questions.  We get calls from debt collectors for this person with the same name as me all the time, and I haven't ever gotten this many questions.

These people will not stop calling my cell phone.  Even one time when I actually did speak with someone, they asked me if I was a certain person, and I responded "No, I am not that person and I do not have any debt."  The piece of something on the other end said "I will be the the judge of that."  Enough Said.

These ppl won't stop calling me...same as the rest, "debt collection"...HELLO LOSERS!!! i have no debts, so STOP calling

This company is calling for some person unknown; continues to ring my number with RoboCalls and my telephone number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.
