"Victor Simmons" from "Debt Solutions" keeps calling, the tinned message says though... "It's the last attempt to notify you" (as IF!)because "I requested information"(HA! fat chance) They are offering a "$1000 advance loan at zero interest"and then they go on to say that "I think you mentioned you had at least $25,000 dollars" so they can do even more for me.  WHY aren't these jokers blocked by the National Do Not Call list???

I wonder if we "picked" one of the harrassing numbers and everyone bothered by them continues to call this number all day - how they would like it

I have been called by these people too and when I talked to a person and politely asked to be put on there do not call list I was told "[***] YOU [***] YOU" and they hung up.

I recieved the same phone call but I also recieved one over a month or two ago and it was a different person and a different number but it took me to the same people. go here https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and file a complaint!

I GET A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER EVERY DAY AND HAVE CALLED BACK CONTINUALLY AND TOLD THEM TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR LIST THEY JUST HANG UP I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING HARRASSED AND I WANT IT TO STOP!!!

I believe this "Victor Simmons" is a despicable human (?) being!  His whole M.O. is based on preying on the elderly and uneducated.  It's scum like this that perpetuated the sub-prime mortgage debacle.  I have taken to returning his calls, wasting his air time making him believe I am interested, and then finally dropping the bomb on him as I let him know that I believe he gives d-bags a bad name!  Try it.  It may make you feel better!

They call our office every day. I finally had enough and sat through their horrible recording of some guy who stutters their proposed offering. Called and asked to speak with Mr. Simmons, was hung up on. Called back and again asked to speak with Mr. Simmons, and got hung up on. The third time I got a woman named Susan. I asked her if she was going to hang up on me and she said no. I told her that we were a company and they have called every day and need to stop. she said she removed my number and hung up. So i called back and asked to speak with a supervisor, they hung up. So I called back again and asked to speak with a supervisor, luckily he was the one who answered the phone. His name was Carlos Lopez. He said that my number, which was on their caller id, had been removed but it would take 3 days to cycle out or some crap. The next time any of you get the call, call them back and ask to speak with Carlos. Then go to town on those wastes of life.

Canned message that purports to be returning  your call (lie). If you call them back and say ANYTHING about being removed from their list or anything not regarding debt, you are hung up on immediately.

I called this individual 17 times to ask them to take me off of their list. They refused to talk to me and they kept hanging up on me.  After the 17th call, they listened but provided me with a bunch of fake information.  The female, "Nicole Stuart", hung up on me 12 times.  Other names that were given to me are John Stevens and Gregg Borres.  Gregg stated that their address is 543 Kings Valley, Miami Florida, 7845.  I was happy that they stopped hanging up on me even though the information they provided was completely false.  The obviously think I'm an idiot.

I had the same problem but found that in the end it was not a big deal.
