- RebeccaI received an email. No company name just that my request for online statements had been changed. I clicked on the link and it took me to a website for Bank of America. I do have a Bank of America credit card but the email address and the message was vague enough that I didn't enter my information on this supposed BOA site. It's a scam! Do not enter any of your information on the site or call that number.
