- susanthey keep calling my place of business and i tell them this is a business and to stop calling over and over but they always hang up. So I'm going to try going along with them but tell them that before I give them more info about my "case that they are reviewing" I want to know about them. What's the company name, who's your CEO, are you a non profit org. just get enough to nail them to the wall because I can't find anything about this business doing a reverse number look up....how is that even possible.
- RI keep getting calls from 866-216-8234 for debt relief. When I call to be taken off the list, I get hung up on. This has happened numerous times. Even when I ask to speak to a person, this happens. The calls are being made to my work phone, and I wish to be taken off their list.
- Call type: Debt collector
- you know me replies to Ann| 2 repliesThe same thing happen to me. I called back about twenty five timmes, it took who ever answered the telephone about ten seconds to hang up on me. I asked for the manager and got hung up on. Finally, after brain damage, I quit calling.
- In debt?! replies to Rachel Mitchell| 1 replyGot a call from Brian Valencia myself, telling me that we have talked and right at that VERY moment he was looking at my file and I qualify for a thousand bucks. Start the bus Martha, we're headed for the casino! I called the phone number, 1-323-429-7512, that my caller ID picked up and the call never went through. Tried a few more times, got some ladies with foreign accents (no disrespect intended, we all have to eat, right?) and I asked for Brian Valencia. I was told he was on another line. They would go into their schpeel about reducing my debt and I would press them about talking to Brian. After all, WE had talked and he had my file. They finally hung up. Kept calling, kept getting different ladies with different accents. Overseas operation, maybe? Also called the number Brian gave me, (would he lie?) 1-866-216-8234. Asked for Brian, again, he was on another line. One girl told me that SHE would be my rep and I said that BRIAN had seen my file, I would rather talk to him. She hung up too. Here am I, sinking in a quicksand pit of debt and I can't speak to Brian Valencia. After all, he's seen my file!
BTW: The name, Debt Sol came up on the caller ID screen for the 323 area code number. Give this number, and the other one a call. Brian sounded like a nice guy and he's probably seen your file! - In Debt?! (again) replies to In debt?!Thought I would call 1-866-216-8234 one more time, well, actually a couple more times as I had a gnawing question bothering me about Brain Valencia. When the reps answered the phone, I told them I was contacted about being qualified for $1000.00 but would like to ask a question first: Is Brian Valencia the Sham Wow guy? I noticed on the web that the Sham Wow guy got beat up by a hooker (it's true) and I wanted to know if Brian was the Sham Wow guy. They hung up on me. May have hit a raw nerve. Brian may be the uncle nobody likes to talk about. You may want to call and try to verify this yourself before you get any help from these folks for your debt. Brain called me and said I qualified for $1000.00 but he VERY WELL may not have been authorised to do so, considering his possible past. Don't take any chances, call and ask for yourself! :-)

Hi this is Brian Valencia with Consumer Services at 866-216-8234.
I'm leaving you this message because we've talked before.
Now I'm looking over your file and from what I see, you qualify for an advance about to $1000 and 0% and no fees.
Now we've talked to you before, and for some reason at that time our debt reversal program maybe wasn't right. But it looks like you qualify and this advance is absolutely available.
So anyway give me a call again at 866-216-8234 and I'll make sure your file gets priority.- Caller: DEBT SOL

- botheredI have had tons of these pre recorded calls. brian vvalencia, mary martin, and several others. They have the same message but from different company names...comsumer services, relief solutions, and just customer support. I called and after the tenth hang up a woman said she would take me off the list. I told her my number about 4 times and she pretended she couldnt hear me! I hate these guys and they have called today three times and it is just after noon. The other number which is a new one is 2160842. Oh and the only only time they have talked to me before is when I am screaming in the phone to STOP!

This has been happening to me as well (at my work number). So since they've been acting like a bunch of a**holes, I've been calling them back (the charges on that toll free number is gonna' add up) between 2-3 times an hour and saying "Ello???? Anywan dare? I in debt - get me out!", and they abruptly disconnect the call. The last time, I got all the way to the part where I give them my address so they can mail me the info, and I gave them the FBI's address. Time to beat 'em at their own game. - DOITSame as above, but I do agree, got 15 minutes, call them and bug them the way they do us! It'd be pretty funny for them to have no time to call out if everyone was calling in harrassing them!

- Nobody replies to Rachel MitchellI work at a retail store in Iowa and we get these calls all the time as well. I finally got extremely upset and called back about 15-20 times in just 5-10 minutes. I was nice and courteous on some calls and harrassed the people on others. If you simply ask to have your number removed, they will hang up, so I finally asked first thing to talk to the manager, the girl asked "what about?" I said to get our number off their list. She rattled off our number and said she deleted it, so hopefully that is the case. If not, I will be harrassing them on a regular basis. I would recommend trying to talk to the manager or calling in to harrass them on a regular basis. If we all go after them, then maybe they will stop.
- JThese [***] call me about 3 times a day. Called to have my name removed and they hung up on me twice! So I spent the next 2 hours calling them, shouting obcenities, and other offences into the phone. Then I remembered I had an air horn in my boat, you no the little arisol can type. At this point I realized I must not only punish, but punish with impunity!(Poe)
I called them back about 100 times, they asked if I'd like to reduce my debt, I'd say yes or si and blow that horn into the phone. They got so pissed off they called me back and said if I kept this up they were going to call the police! Really? So I called for another hour or so but they must have caller ID because it would answer but just play the background music. I went to Wal-Mart and stocked up on air horns, $1.99 each, and I'm gonna keep calling them and blowing that horn in there ear until they all go deaf and have to shut down their call center! I encourage you all to do the same, if you don't have an air horn just scream at them as loud as you can. A whistle works well to! I love revenge! Happy hunting.- Caller: Consumer Services

- They are big stupid jerksI have all of the same experiences as all of the callers above. I called my local Better Business Bureau and was told to go online to the FBI's website and file a complaint, which I did.
I like the air horn idea...- Call type: Telemarketer
- KoskI got the call from Brian, called the number on the Caller ID first, which was 323-429-7512 and didn't even connect with anyone. No ring. I was soon cut off. I called the 866 number. I got a man that spoke good English. A brief preface: I talked to this guy the whole time in loud, broken English with a Lawrence Welk type of accent. I asked for help with my credit card. He asked how much debt I had. I asked to speak with Brian Valencia. He said Brian wasn't available. I said I didn't understand, Brian just talked to me. He said Brian only makes out going calls, and doesn't take in coming. I continued to demand to speak to Brian, as he saw my file and has cleared me already for $1000.00. Get this, the guy got ticked off at me and said, "You know what? Don't ever call us back, sir. You can't even speak English!" I kid you not, this ACTUALLY happened. It surprised the daylights out of me. I got a call from Brian about a week ago too and asked the operators at that time if "Brian really was the Sham Wow Guy that got beat up by the hooker." All hung up on me, except for one poor girl that said "yes" to my question before she hung up. Probably won't stop the calls but at least it's fun!

- Tired-Of-ThemBelow is a verbatim transcript of the lies of "Brian Valencia." By the way, except for a different phone # of 866-250-3609 "Erin Wingard with Relief Services" uses the EXACT same script. These two liars are from the same fraudulent company; when I tried calling both numbers one weekend, I got the same message and same woman's voice. My experiences are the same as the rest of you; the second you express anything less than rapt enthusiasm for the program, they hang up. I believe they are looking for private financial information for identity theft. I reported them to my state (SD) Attorney General's office but they weren't interested. Here's the transcript:

- P*ssed in NMI called 3 times and got hung up on all. My boyfriend called and got hung up, but then decided to call again. Well what he did was put an accent like the receptionist and asked for customer service and before the lady could respond, he told her that I was having trouble sleeping in the afternoon because of their calls and I work the night shift. I would like the calls to stop because I don't have debt and she informed me she is removing the number from the call list and that she was sorry for disturbing us. Lets see if that works...but if not, good thing Walmart is in the next town for air horns...ha ha
