Same thing, left no message.  Google search indicates this number might be associated with DISH.

I got a call from an Indian-sounding guy claiming to be with DirecTV. He said they were upgrading equipment, and that they needed to make sure my receiver was gonna be compatible. A Goooooooooooooooooooooogle search shows that the phone number was or is associated with Dish, (a screwup on the scammer's part, perhaps?) who might be interested in knowing that scammers are using their phone number in Caller ID spoofing info.

got same call, we dont even subscribe to satellite anymore. he was like ok, good bye.

Called on Sunday afternoon. All he got to say was “Hello.” I then let him know I didn’t appreciate being called on Sunday afternoon! He hung up. The voice was not an American English.

Called said he was wth Dish. Asked if I was enjoying Dish I said so far ,he said excuse me, I said so far again, he disconnected .
