I don't know who this is because they do not state who they are but they called my work number leaving a weird message that's giving spam about collecting a debt.  Doesn't say who they are asking for or anything of the sort.

They called me too. It is so werid! Is the real?

The guy that called me said that is was about a debt that I had from 7 years ago. I know that the year is wrong by 4 or 5 years. So, I am not sure if the debt is real either.

If you google the number, you'll find a robo blocking site that has a full auditory transcript of a call from this number.  I listened to it twice and I still can't understand who he works for. Sounds like a phony debt collector to me.  Here's some advice from the CFPB on differentiating between real and fake debt collectors.  You might want to give it a read:
