These calls are coming to my cell phone..for my wife. When I ask who is calling, they tell me it's illegal to tell me who they are, since they aren't calling for me.

This morning when he called, I asked who it was, and he kept saying "Put (wifes name) on the phone please".

So annoying..

This is the first time I've received a call from this number and they've called three times this morning on my cell.  When I answered the first two times I heard a horn sound until the call ended.  I tried calling back and it goes straight to voice mail.

They called my wife's cell asking for me. Of course I have nothing to do with her number and she asked if she could help and they (man) told her that they could not tell her anything, for me to call this number. I did 3 times. One time an answering machine came on on the first ring. The other 2 times answering system said "thank you for holding, we will answer your call in the order it came inn...I funally got tired and hung up.

This phone number calls constantly...And starts calling very early in the morning... sometimes as early as 6:30... What's worse, on some days they call 4 or 5 times an hour. They do not leave a message, when you answer they hang up and when I try to call them back to ask them to stop there is only an answering machine...

for 2 weeks this number has been calling at least 6 times a day sometimes more often. the calls start around 8:15 am and continue throughout the day. I work from home and it became very disruptive so I answered it. I was told that it was GE Money calling to lower my intrest rate and monthly payment on a GE credit card. All they needed was my card number. I dismissed him and immediately called the toll free number on my bill. the "real" GE Money didn't know who it could be calling. I was told that if it was GE they would have already had my card number and all other information about my account. so don't fall for this SCAM.

I've been getting calls like this for sometime.  I only know the ones I get on my cellphone, as I don't have caller ID.  However on my home phone there are many calls that don't have messages.
I never acknowledge to an unknown caller who I am.  If they ask who they are speaking to, I tell them to call back when they figure out who they want to talk to.  If they ask for me by name and cannot or will not identify themselves and the company they work for, I hang up.  I have hung up on my car financer for the same issue.  If they are legitimate they will comply, even if you have to remind them from time to time. Although I will have to admit, it took me talking to two levels of supervisors and a threat to take them to court before they did it at all.

8662238025 called me like 8 times. I thought it was in reference to a card I just paid off. I only spoke to someone once, they couldn't get my name right so I just disconnected the call. When I try to call back and figure out who it is I usually get nothing. Once i called back and received a really low quality voice mail message, almost like I was calling someone house. I

call all day long never leave messages. Who are they?

Ive been getting these calls too, finally i caught one call and it was a person from GE money Bank. There office difenently sounded like it was in india.It sounded like a scam to me beware!!!

Received call from 18662238025. No message. Attempted to call back, it tells me to hold for "the next available representative." I hang up.

This number has been calling me asking me for my wife, the when I ask them who they are, they tell me they can only give that information to her. Pretty Shady

I kept getting tons of calls from 866-223-8025 and when I answered the phone a very hard to understand Indian man started to ask me for my information. Well come to find out it is  my Rooms to Go account calling to LOWER my interest rate to 10%. Don't be afraid.

They keep calling and calling for a few weeks now. No message. They are calling my cell phone. It's beyond annoying.

They call early in the morning, during the day and late at night. I answered once and no one picked up the line. No voice mail are left. This is annoying.

THEY WANT TO LOWER YOUR INTEREST RATE FOR FREEEEEEEEEEEEEE PEOPLE!!! DO IT! I DID AND ITS A SMART IDEA!! They work for the company, and they have your information!! You do not provide ANYTHING!! So, pick-up the phone and talk to them!!! K..I am off my soap-box now. =)

I am posting in this blog all the scam or collection calls from different agencies. I have a ton of numbers that call me on a daily basis for different reasons. This one, says its not a sales call and that is important that I call immediately between the hrs.... So, My point is that do NOT give your personal information to nobody even if they say they are calling from your bank or credit card. Be very careful! there is a lot of nasty people out there. Just cover your back all the time! Do not respond to numbers you don't know.
