Verizon is my carrier, and I think maybe that is why... because these other two links have the same people from Verizon having the same problem

i have already called Verizon on the text message, I haven't recieved the calls though.  Thank you for informing me

Thanks for the helpful suggestion to call the carrier, directly. We're in VA and plan to report the last call to our local Verizon Unlawful Call Center (1-800-257-2969).


Follow-Up: Have not received calls from this number since we called them back and said we knew about their fraud.

This is a collection agency called Alliance One Management Service, their collection department.  Believe it or not they collect even if it's $3 trust me, you'll keep on getting the calls until you answer and find out what they want.  What happened to me is that, when you have an account that goes to a collection agency and you don't resolve it, it keeps getting sold time after time.  Though what's happening is interest is building and building on that account.  You might have paid the account months down the line and what these people do is collect on the interest that has built up.

Me too, wrong number. I have Sprint and they call all the time, even after I have told them they have the wrong number. I did like others suggested locked the number out to silence. I figure it's their money to call.

My husband is also getting calls on his cell from these people at least 14 times a day every 20 min. We don't answer calls from unknown or 800 numbers. I think that these people should be prosecuted for harassment! It is ridiculous to call someone that many times everyday. We are also on the do not call list.

I had a credit card with a $350 limit and now they want over $1000.00  I tried to settle for $350 and they wouldn't accept and so I told them to go ahead and sue me and I'll just file BK.  Now they call relentlessly.They call me all the time, today they called 4 times in less than one hour.  So, I called them and hung up about 10 times.  They haven't called since but probably will a little later.

I keep getting phone calls from this number at least 5 times a day.  I finally answered and no one is on the other line!  I had identity theft and these kind of sneaky calls have me pissed!

They will NEVER stop calling you even if you don't owe them a dime! I am filing with the FTC and you must send them a cease and desist letter and they CANNOT ever contact you again...or you can sue them!
I am sending them out ASAP and have called them back to let them know I filed with the FTC and will send them a letter...hopefully they will stop calling and harrassing me.

I received a text message from these folks today "PLEASE CALL"  866-226-7022.  I am also on the "no call" list.

Who are these people!??!   They just won't quit!!   I use my phone for business contacts.  If the call is not identified on my caller I.D., I don't answer it.

just keep getting these calls on my home phone, 4 or 5 times a day and night  no one ever answers or says anything.  My carrier is AT&T.  I just do not answer when I see this number pop up.  They can stop calling as I will not answeer

Keep getting calls 2-3 times a day. Ans. no one ans. sick of it!!!! Someone needs to stop this. My phone is for emergency's only, so when it rings I panic!

Yep.  I moved in 2005 and got a new phone number at that time.  The phone calls started calling for a "Kenneth Harmon" who appears to owe Verizon.

They think they have him because my first name is also Ken.  I've asked them to stop multiple times, and it stops for a while, then starts back up again.  

Lately, they've been calling multiple times a day, letting it ring once and hanging up.  Somebody needs to sue their butt off but I don't have the time or the energy.

I don't want to change my number.
