    They are a debt collection company.  Wouldn't have even know who was calling me if I hadn't checked my credit report.  They were the last ones to inquire about my credit, without any initiation from me.

    Extremely rude and trying to threaten me with jail time....This is the United States.  Debtors prison no longer exists, unless of course you owe Child Support or the IRS in which case they are not going to use scum such as these to get their money.

    These are low life bottom feeders who will use your ignorance against you.  Be sure to tell them you know your rights under the FDCPA and the FTC and that they have 5 days to send you the name of the original creditor and the original debt amount.  NEVER give out your SS#, birthdate, or other identifying information over the phone, and do not admit to owing the debt.
