Received call from this number but no message left on Answering Machine.

Called the number back and a man answered by the name of: Scott Thompson..

He did not answer with the company he was working for, just name only.

This is my second call from them in 3 days.  I never answer unknown callers from my cell phone, they are usually wrong numbers anyways.  My voicemail had no message.  Just a woman saying "hello" and then hung up, which sounds a lot like a call center.  If this is a collection agency, they have no right calling me as I have just had my bankruptcy discharged a few months ago and by law they cannot call me to collect for these debts.  I will check with my bk attorney to see protocol.  I don't want to anwer the call to identifiy myself as the originator of these debts.

This is a fly by night collection agency - I had my house short saled and all debts were cleared however these are opportunists who try to get take advantage of those unkowing and gullable and were trying to get paid no matter consequenses after. As far as I am concerned these folks are lower than the scum they try to collect from...hmmm scum. and they were collecting from me... lol.

These people call me today and said that they are going to summons me with a sheriff and I better be home or they are going to charge me $75  and if I miss the court date they will put out a bench warrent for my arrest.

Ignore 'em.  Total scam.

There is absolutely no liability for them to identity their company.

DO NOT EVER give your personal information or for that matter ANY INFORMATION WHAT SO EVER to a voice
over the phone that calls you out of the blue !!!

These companies will take YOUR information you provide to them and add it to the paperwork for the other person
they are trying to collect a debt on.

You own no money to anyone and all the sudden you will own another person's debt if you give information to  a
voice on the phone.
Never talk to them on the telephone.
Tell them you do business in writing by U.S. mail only !!!!!!!

NEVER SAY OR AGREE THAT ANY DEBT IS YOURS. WHETHER IT IS OR NOT.

received  private number call around 9:ooam june 15th-2014. women ,she asked for my wife by first name. did not want to give infirmation . said she was with professional recovery service,and that she was going to be in the area today to serve my wife eith papers in ref: to a v.i.p.loan . my wife has proof it was paid. this women was rude, confrontional,etc. told me I better have my wife call. I was able to get her name, and phone,although she did not want to. I called two count courts,and the city court clerks asking about paper to be served on my wife. all three clerks office that handle civil matters, ie: warrent in debt, said they had nothing in my wifes name. the number I was given is 1-855-2758350
