Asked to talk to the person in charge of the A T And T account we don't have at&t

SCAM! We don't answer unknown calls, ever.

Called again at 8:05am.  Blocked.

These idiots have called 4 times in the past two days - all calls were blocked!

called at 8:39am and at 11:44am.  Both calls were blocked.  Have never answered any of their calls

My call blocker stopped this call.

Called our office this morning at 8:14am & at 9:18am.  Both calls blocked; our phones did not ring.

Just called again.  11AM, blocked again!

I answered against my better judgement and was asked if I was the owner of AT&T account.  Not thinking I said yes and they hung up!

These people call 2 - 3 times a day! We are a business and have to answer....they just hang up. What a waste of our time!!

Do yourself a favor and just hang up :)  Not worth answering them, just smile and hang up

I get a recording thanking me for staying on the line. Then they hang up.

Let ring a couple of times while I google the name. I went to answer and the line was dead. When I googled the number, I found out that I had looked it up before.

Robo call "thanking" me for calling. I didn't call them. They wasted my time in calling here.

Just got a call into our SE Wisconsin office...They wanted to speak with the person in charge of our AT&T account.  We don't have an account with them, but wanted to get info from them, so I asked for a callback #.  This number (866-231-7626) was the number the guy left me...Said his name was Shawn, and his extension was 1013.

Caller ID: ApexCustomerCare - when I answered there was an automated voice stating to stay on the line because my call is very important.  Yeah whatever, I hung up

calling on behalf of at&t ... wouldn't even tell the name of their own business.

Scammer.  Caller ID says APEX CUSTOMER CARE.
