Called my business.  "Thank you for your call.  All of customer service representatives are currently busy with other calls."
I tried waiting to tell them that's not how phone calls work, but after waiting a few seconds, they hung up.

Caller ID: TOLL FREE CALL.

This number called the office today. What sounded like a female operator asked to speak to whomever handled the AT&T account. I asked what this was about and she claimed it was about lower rates. I informed her that I already talked to my carrier and updated my plan for the year. She asked if I got lower prices and I said yes. She  then asked about business fiber internet and I told her I wasn't interested. She said "OK" and then hung up.

i suspect this might have been an alternative phone provider and not AT&T.

cid APEX Cust Care.  Female looking for whomever handles the phone account.  Gave her crap about not introducing herself.  Not real professional.  Lowering phone rates.  Insinuated she is with ATT.  Not interested.  Had to get cranky with her.
