This call comes at least twice a day if not more often.so the phone rings 3 times and stops. so it's annoying that they don't leave a message.

Received numerous calls from this number over the past week.  No messages left.  Annoying and harassing. One more call and I will notify the authorities.

Now that you know who it is calling you by reading the posts on this site you can call them and tell them to take you off there list. Unless you want to contact the authorities so they can look into the annoying and harassing calls and waist man power that can be use in a better way.

Upon investigation I found this is the National Recovery Agency (NRA) Debt collector.

I am an author who writes books based on current events. I am an NRA member. As the battle for our constitutional rights, especially the second amendment are fought, they need more money. While it may seem like a pain, I'll deal it with it in order to keep my freedoms.

I think it's someone using the NRA initials, possibly the National Recovery Agency.

the number listed called my home but when I answered all you heard was dead air so after saying hello twice I hung up.

This number just called and I did not answer.  Upon calling them back it was the NRA of which my husband is a member.  I spoke to the woman and asked if we could be put on the Do Not Call List.  She took the necessary information and placed our number on the list with an apology of inconvenience.

Every time the answering machine picks up this call the only message is a busy signal. figured its a sales or charity call.

National Rifle Association political call.  I'm a member...just wish they'd quit bothering me on the phone.

Recieved a call from 866-231-8218 Asking for Kathleen Smith. Told Them(WOMAN)(FEMALE) that no Such person was on the Premises. Said Thank you, Sorry to Bother you, And I replied, "I BET" and They hung up. Thios Has been going on for Years, But Now I have a means of IDENTIFYING THE #, My TV. MOST LIKE A DEBT COLLETOR??????????

I've gotten calls from them before, sometimes there's not even anyone there. They've always said that they were with the NRA, after googling the number, it's not the National Rifle Association, it's the National Recovery Associates???

Ameritrade just calling to thank me for a new account.

I just missed a call from this number. There was a voicemail left. It was a gentleman with TD Ameritrade thanking me for my business. I did open an account 4 days ago.
