Called twice at around 11 in the noon and left a confusing message with a foreign accent and listing an extension I could not understand.

I have been getting these calls for about 2 months now.  It has taken me till today just to get the phone number, forget about the "account number".  I can never understand the girls that call.

This is from Eastern Financial Services.  One of my son's healtcare providers kept refusing to bill our insurance properly, so I was paying twice the amount I should have been for each visit.  I finally told them until they filed the claims properly (they are network, so there's no excuse why they shouldn't have), I would no longer pay, as I had accrued a substantial credit in the account.  So, I started getting these calls.  I have since contacted the CEO and had the problem resolved, and my account properly credited.  However, I am still very upset that they sent my account information overseas!  I will not use them anymore as not only were they incompetent for not responding to my incessant requests to bill my insurance properly, but now I don't know what information this "company" has???  They have our names and contact info, and who knows what else!!

If you've received a call from them, then you probably owe someone money, or that someone may think you do, as in my case.  I'd get it corrected immediately, and then never use them again.  It was just too painful to try to figure out what this company wanted because they cannot communicate effectively in English, and I wouldn't do business with anyone who turns my info over to a company like this.

Correction:  I listened to the announcement again...it's PATIENT Financial Services.
