Received several phone calls indicating a formal complaint has been filed against me.  Next action to file paperwork in my county.

I received the same call as Sabrina, only it wasn't for me, they were looking for someone I know

My husband and I both received this phone call and they stated that there were some complaints filed against my husband and that the caller could not say what it was. They gave me a number to call and it looks like a scam.  Beware!

Called the number and they said that the claim was a past unpaid loan and they were collecting or immediate action would be filed... WHAT? I have no unpaid loans! They said NEVERMIND and hung up.... CAUTION! it's a scam, i believe they are in another country and they call really early in the morning.

Same here... They actually called several people I know and left voicemails for them asking about me. I called and was told that they were collecting an unpaid loan and unless I paid it now they would take immediate action. I stated that I'm not behind on any loans, they then hung up. Don't even bother calling them.

Same received call two days ago from that number and so did several of my family members of them trying to track me down.  Stating they were filing court papers against me.  When I called them back they refused to give me physical address said they were from Atlanta GA is all they could tell me.  Told me I owed $590 from a loan back in 2011.  Stating there private client intended to take me to court.  Or I could settle outside of court.  Tried to verify all my information.  I asked them to stop calling me and my family.   They called me back today and gave me another phone number to call back
855-201-7098 asking if I was indeed going to take my chances in court because they were in the means of processing it.  I asked again for there address they refused.

I got the same call and 2 people who aren't even in my family got the call saying they were looking for me and a complaint was filed. It worried me so much until I saw you all's comments. Now that relieveshe some stress
