You'll get a caller from this # when you complain to BBB about being charged a monthly fee high enough to buy a truck THEN they don't provide services at-all/in-part and put you on hold while solving nothing for 4-hours per service-fix attempt

BE PREPARED WHEN they phone and with NO ETIQUETTE (SOP for them) ask YOUR NAME, instead of ID WHO THEY ARE ... when pressed, they try to say it so fast, you'll not get it on 1-2-3 tries.  Then they demand MORE of your TIME to look up data THEY LOST/MISPLACED;

Options:
1. you can comply but they state they are not going to fix anything, this data is to serve THEM not you ... who know?  maybe with this data they cut you off completely
2. you can request they call back on a less busy day (as they do when scheduling service) but they will bully you until you hang up, leaving the preferred day to call back
3. you can treat them back in "like kind" = put them on hold until you a) feel like talking, b) radio show is over, c) had a beer or two

FYI:  Bryan, TX so fed up with their slap-in-face services, they are helping to fund a county-wide newcomer with fiber-optics to serve us in 1-5 years.  After all, we've had cable monopoly irritations since the 1970's and the head cheeses then take all that gold and squander it on luxuries few can participate in.  A God-complex?

May I add that these bad services when downhill on a sled when the French took over?  They really couldn't care less.

You might want to try calling this number and staying silent, listen to what sounds like a sweatshop, Laundromat or even Boiler Room that nets suckers.
