Called several times and left no message.

At least one call per day for the past month.  Have it blocked.

They said I have to pay for using ambulance. Actually I used it and they knew some information. They said they sent invoice many times and I have to pay today. It is very strange. I suppose that they tried to steal money from me.

Some Indian dude wanted to discuss a financial matter with my 93 year old Mom. I asked him what financial matter. He said it was personal & only Mom could speak to him. I told him to go pound salt.

Month ago I got a notice my insurance was billed for an ambulance ride for me in some other state.  I called my insurance and they called the ambulance company.  The individual who got the ride had my same name and birthdate.  That is the only information the ambulance company used to bill it.  Clearly they should have done more verification.  I’m not paying anything and my insurance has denied the ambulance company’s claim.  They called me today verifying my name and my address.  I told them the story without giving any of my info and said they should have done their job properly if they want to get paid.

Keeps calling several times a day and leaves no message. Reading what others have said regarding ambulance charges, we have had some lately that had to be resolved due to insurance etc. however I would want a message and ultimately a letter to consider it not to be a scam.

Called a couple times a day, this time I answered it and they asked for 1,000 dollars for an ambulance trip. Total scam, haven't been in an ambulance since 2008. Went along with it for a few laughs!

Calls every day.  Have it blocked.

This number keep coming on mobile caller ID. I do websearch see who are, Only say "Robocaller Warning!" I telephone number and mechanical voice say "Seniorcare EMS" then switch to live person representative. I disconnect. Never never never have had anything to do with them.

This is definitely a scam. They called my cell-phone repeatedly until I finally answered and wouldn't give me more information about the reason for their calling until I verified the name and address they had on file. Once it was clear I wasn't going to engage further unless I got more explicit information they were smart enough to end the call but I can see how it would be easy for a more vulnerable recipient to become more involved even to the point of potentially giving away private information.

It is very easy for scammers to find basic information from the internet so them having that information is in no way an indicator that it is a legitimate company. These scam companies also are decent at creating fake-websites and even company reviews in order to make them seem more real. I reported this number to https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds so if you receive this call I suggest you take the time to do so.

The actual place to make a complaint would be your State Attorney General.  This company would be an original creditor and not covered under the FDCPA.

They have called several times, they want me to confirm my address which is wrong. Then they want my birthday. I am not giving them any information. I have used senior care several times. As an Ambulance transfer from one hospital to another. Also as an ambulette taking me home after hospital stay. Since they are not giving me any information I can’t help them. The ambulette drive was payed up front. For the ambulance we have a co-pay. Since they are not willing to tell me what they want I can’t help them.

Called and no answer.

They called and I picked up. Caller I’d said Senior Services. Knew where wheelchair accessible van had taken me and date of transfer. Said this was a co-pay. They even sent a very legitimate looking bill. Bottom line is that I paid them $25. Afterwards I thought that a co-pay didn’t make sense as I had paid in full upfront. Internet says this phone number is a SCAM line. Now I have to change number on my checking account and notify agencies that pay directly in or take money directly out of this account. Tedious! Annoying! How would they know when and where I went unless local service was in cahoots with them?????

Terrible. They start the call by saying that this call may be recorded and then asking me what my name is.

I told them they had the wrong number and they continue to pressure. No idea what the call was about.   Just hang up
