Lady uses a voice op to change her voice. stated her name was Erica Perez then Christina Ramirez and that I needed to call "the firm" no name given for the firm. this is a bogus caller and scam caller.

Got a call from them at the first of the week but not directly from them; they used a tracking company to find me.  I ignored the calls (at my work number) and then they random called and got another person in my office - how humiliating!  Called this number and according to them I owe money from a payday lender.  They were threating me that they were going to show up at my place of work and serve me papers, so I made an arrangement with them (as I had a payday loan with the company they were using but thought I had paid back thru a payday loan debt assistance program).  Long story, they were supposed to send me our agreement via email but to this day haven't.  Am starting to think a scam but will call back and threaten them if they don't send in writing and via email, I will stop payment on the agreement.  I am a little worried now as I got a call from another person (different number) last night so I am afraid that they are sending out my number as a potential person to scam.  Didn't call the number back last night.

I keep getting calls from this number at home and now at work.  They are asking for someone I've never heard of and threatening collections.  I don't know how to make the calls stop.  The lady said she is Kristina Ramirez and was acting very melodramatically which made me crack up.

Don't let these people scare you; they cannot BY LAW come up to your work trying to give you papers for a debt!!!! They CANNOT contact employer; if they do, you can sue them, and you will win! It is just a scare tactic. I am a paralegal; I had them call me and I told them to please come up to my work I needed to make some extra money! They never showed up. Shocker. Don't sweat it...only a person from the court can serve you papers and that is from an actual court for court proceedings.

Same here. They somehow got ahold of my daughter's cell number and  kept calling her over and over. finally she picked up as she was in class. they told her they were looking for me to serve papers.  She called me hysterical.  These people need to be stopped. I tried calling the local number they are calling from but get a rude message saying this is the legal department . "Don't leave a message" and it hangs up. I called the 800# at 4:30 PM central time and it said I was the 3rd caller in line. 15 minutes later - no one ever picked up. they need to be sued!
