before 2/29/08 to take advantage of this great savings.

yeah right... Im sending them a Cease communication letter
and they can go to hell.
This has SCAM written all over it.
Also last I checked, using the Mail service to
Scam or Fraud people out of money is called MAIL FRAUD.

this number belongs to National Credit Adjusters.

Some Lady called my JOB stated she was from Henrico lying ass trying to get paid on some thing that is paid I'm straight reporting them to the better business bureau..

I know exactly what you mean these stupid people is harrassing everyone for nothing, I owe nothing and if I did I wouldn't pay them.  The lady was nasty as hell no manners or respect.  I wonder was she raised that way..

this company has called my shop asking for me. and when i called them back this man was a rude son of a gun asking me for my acct info to pay for a debt from a payday loan comp in cali that does not exist. and now here i am debating what to do. but i do know one thing from having my ID stolen from me once dont trust anyone not even sum [***] claiming to be a debt collector... also i do know this a debt collector is to call your home, or cell, or letter by mail. never call your company looking for a person.... he  also threaten to garnish my wages, i would love to see that...

I got a call on may cell phone from a Terri Edward say that I did not pay off a car I had gotton on 2006 but i got the car in 2005 and I paid it off in full in 2007. I got so upset at first that i went off!!!! I told her i am NOT paying for a car agen!!! I went to the Dealer to get my payment history and letter but when i call them and told them i had it every thing changed!!! I called to make sure that i had the right fax number and it WAS NOT the number she gave me at first was 620-664-5947 and it is not working she gave me this number 1800-664-5947 she think that I don't know it's the same number!!!! So i play along and call to she if she got my fax NO!!!
She has not call me back. The letters i found was from 1/21/2010 The first call i got was on 9/20/10. Not Konwing i ask when do thay close she said 8p. I called back she did not know the right i had and me upset started talking and i called back the next day at 707p she said that thay close early. so i left a message she did not call back. she will not call now the i have my staff strat!!!  She did not call me today to tell me that she didn't receive the fax so i called her she said no she didn't i ask for nother number she said that's all she has.

This thread is a curiously brief sample of NCA's behavior over three years, yet the pattern of lawbreaking is consistent. So far we have abusive treatment, threats of wage garnishment, making false debt claims, and calls to mobile devices. These and plenty more offenses are grounds for a lawsuit under the FDCPA and maybe your state laws.

The reps are not hostile because they were "raised that way", though this can be a factor. This bullying is taught and encouraged by management at these firms which traffic in junk debt.
