This is a fraudulent number.  If you know who owns it REPORT THEM TO DETECTIVE FLYNN OF OF PITT COUNTY NC SHERIFF'S DEPT. AT 252-902-2767 IMMEDIATELY!  He is investigating the "company" that owns the number, and they have fraudulently stolen money directly from bank accounts without authorization of the account owners.  These thieves need to be stopped.

I called this number as I found it on a electronic check in my account that I did not authorize. They told me they are a 3rd party company and charge was made for Hot Planet. He told me he knew no more. he gave me a we site where I could get the information on the company that told them to charge my account. Doing a search on Hot Planet has shown a lot of complaints just like mine. No one has had a real good solution or lead on this though. The web site address is http://www.mbsupportcenter.com/index.htm and is for HPL Subscription, supposedly the 3rd party company that was hired to make these charges.

    miss e
well i didnt get a call i just found a checkin for 34.95 for this hpl company and did some research since my husband used to do collections he did a reverse and nothing came back and the weird thing is that the address on the check they presented which was an e-check was showing the address that i used to reside on 7 years ago, the best way around this is to call ur financial institution and have them file a fraud claim and you guys can print this page and use it as reference since it shows that its not only happening to you.

I also received an electronic withdrawal for this company, HPL Subscription on my bank account for 34.95.  The phone # is 1-866-247-7087 and it constantly busy.
I had to close my checking account and savings account with my bank, because they advise if I did not and more fraud came through I would be held liable.  I went to a different bank and opened an account. I now have to stop all my direct deposits and withdarwals due to the fact that I had to close my account.  It has been a total nightmare.  I have no idea how this company got my information but they had my routing, acct number, full name and address.  I tried to tell my bank that this merchant is fraudulent and they should look at the web to see all the complaints, but unforunately, I think they just thought I was a complete nut case.  They advise there is no way they can stop the Merchant, which is totally flase.  Since I happen to work in the credit card industry I know they can at least shut the Merchant down for fraudulent behavior.  The merchant would probably start up again under a different name, but it's just something they would need to stay on top of.  So sorry there are others that have been affected by this.

I had a charge for $39.99 on 12/24 and my bank reversed it 12/16.  I think the link to all our stories would be Pro Pay or PayPal or both.  I was a creative memories consultant years ago and $$ would be credited directly to my checking account when I requested it. I'd be curious to know if the rest of you have used either of those payment resources too?

This happened to me too.  The address on the check was at least two years old (we have since moved).  I am a Creative Memories consultant.  I would like to compare notes to see if there is something in common with our businesses--Propay is one of our payment processing systems.

My fraud charge was also on 12/24.  I am a CM consultant for about 10 years.  I never used Paypal on this account, only Propay.  The address was at least 2 years old.  I don't bank with Wells Fargo, so it's not the bank.

    Dear Detective Flynn,

Yes, Mary Kay uses Propay as our payment system as well.  Wonder if there is a breach in security there.
