866-253-8572

Called this afternoon and left message saying call back to 833-253-8572, not identifying who they are looking for and either their Name just saying their found a complaint in their outsourcing department and call with your appointment representative, smell like scam to me!

Received a call two days ago from the same area code as well as today from 866-253-8572.  I don't buy into it....just another of the hundreds of calls I have gotten.

Called saying they had a complaint against my husband File #RF66555. Said her name was Melissa Compton but I couldn't understand what "office" she was from. They even had a recorded announcement with my husbands name and the file number.

Didn't answer, no voicemail. tried to call back - got message that call would be recorded then call disconnected. scam

Yes this same number just called me leaving the same message. I am not calling back, it appears to be a SCAM!

they are calling my mother who is a senior and asks for me I haven't lived with my parents for 32 years. tried to call back said it was a that is disconnected. I would love for them to call me but leave my mom alone!!!!!!

Robo call about complaint from outsourcing depart. Never heard of any such dept nor have I received any correspondence. My name and number on DNC registry. When I tell them to remove  they never do. Am filing FTC complaint as well

Called my office number and left a voice mail first with a recording stating the name of the previous owner and a case # WKM5397 and then live person states there has been a complaint filed with their office and if he does not respond to the complaint he will be non compliant.  This man passed away 10 months ago and has not worked here or owned this business in more than 10 years.  Pretty sure there is no complaint.  SCAM!

Same automated call from Melissa Thompson with the outsourcing department stating they have a complaint in their office file # GJF7139.  If I or a representative does not call them back they will report me for non-compliance.  Left this phone number for a return phone call.  Received the exact same message yesterday, as did my husband, from a different number that used a local area code and left an entirely different call back number.

Ditto on all above. Same here. Just the fact that they've called all of us with the same or similar MO clearly establishes that it's scam..

I would also add the Number 4104010919 and 8334933949 to the suspicious list.

They left my messages at my work today it’s give me number DJF11501 and 833-253-8572 I called them asking for the building Licenses numbers and I told them that my father is Federal Bureau investigation work the currently They are quickly hung up on me! Lol I called my dad the information about who this left messages to me, my father said found the tracking number! He said nothing and not worthless. Example if They are serious threatening you then alerting red high level then They will quickly investigate probably...

I received a call this afternoon from melissa Thompson outsource department.
Same as all comments below.  I am blocking this number. I am on do not call list also.

Scam robocaller. Just played a recording that there was something filed against me. Didn't even state my name! It's a scam.

Yet another worthless company trying to intimidate someone into paying a debt they do not have!!  Stop harassing people and go after the people that DO!

Received call yesterday.  Phone showed "scam likely" so didn't answer.  Same as everyone else, message was from Melissa Thompson in the outsourcing dept and complaint filed against me with return # 833-253-8572.  Called back and asked the name of the company and was told it was the accounts recoverable dept. Told them I had wrong # and hung up.  Blocking both numbers.

Call was on my voicemail.  Suspect scam.

Just received the same messages as others posted here. The name they supposedly were calling about wasn't anywhere near my name. This came through on my cell phone. The number to call back was 833-253-8572. So I'd watch out for that one too. This stuff gets so old.

Same message as others here. I have a spam blocking app so these calls are flagged as spam and go directly to voicemail...caller they were trying to reach was not even close to my name. Clearly this Melissa Thompson has nothing better to do with her time.
