received a text saying that the services were provided by Quest and bill is due, supposedly billing done by Zotec Partners. Link was given to click to access the bill. I had received emails previously to schedule a test requested by a "healthcare provider". I did not go in for any tests, and no doctor ordered any tests I know of, they would have told me, not some testing company, if some tests were ordered. And now, they send a supposed "bill" via text message. Total scam! Don't click on the link if you received similar message or your phone will be forever infested by viruses

Started with a text from 45179 allegedly from Quest Diagnostics about a COVID test I never had! The text asked me to call 866-254-3859. They knew my first name, and had a web link something about bit.le.mybilldoc + a long string of numbers. My suggestion: If you get one of these-Do NOT CLICK!!!

Got a text for $264.06. I KNOW I didn't owe Quest. Called my insurance & THEY.called Quest. Quest said forget it. I just googled the # & I see it's a scam, of course. Will block them.

Similar as the others, I received an email stating I had a balance I needed to pay and to call the number provided (866-254-3859) to pay through their automated service.  Funny thing is, I don't have a balance. If I did Quest would have billed me directly through the US Mail like they have in the past.  The emails have what appear to be legitimate links but DO NOT click on anything!  Err on the side of caution. If you look up Quest billing phone number, you'll see if does not match that which is listed in the email. Phishing SCAM if you ask me.

SCAM! I got this as text on my phone. I have never known Quest to communicate with me in this way, and the amount was totally out of line. I wasn't certain it was BS till I googled the phone number.

like others I got a text message saying i had a bill with Quest. I ignored it because if it was Quest they would mail a bill, not text randomly.

Received same text as others that I owed $66 dollars for recent testing at Quest. Have all my testing done through my doctor's  office. Tried to call the number given, but didn't get through. When I have used Quest in the past (over 2 years ago), they always billed me via paper and email, never text. Will ignore.

The website went up in 2007 and is set to expire in 2023.  It belongs to Zotec Partners, LLC.  BBB has them as a billing agency but they look more like a debt collector to me.  They also have a habit of over billing and then causing problems when it is pointed out.  I would suggest that you deal with Quest directly.

Number is Quest diagnostic. I did blood work and expected a paper statement..

Yes, allegedly from Quest. I recently used them paid for my services. I will block number and opt out from any text communication from Quest. They have a leak somewhere in company?
