Just called me, left message calling in ref to my federal student loan but not telling me their company...? Very vague. Not a chance peeps. You leave detail, i might call back.

Just got the same. Never had a student loan of any kind. Never left a name for who she was trying to speak with.

Lil ole Jen is on a role. She sounds hot. Definitely a scammer though.

SCMA! Message left on answering machine about Federal Student Loan and left this number asking me to call back with Reference # 044022. I don't happen to have student loans, LOL. And haven't been in college since 1980.

Yep-I got the same message from Jennifer Davis saying she needed to talk to me about some new changes regarding payment of my student loan.  I tried calling back twice and phone never did ring, just went dead. Tried on land line, same. Glad I looked up the number as well.

Received voicemail from Jennifer Davis regarding student loan...reference #044022.  Did not leave any information about what company she was calling from...good this I checked this site.

Got the same call from Jennifer. Knew it was a scam when I saw my reference number (044022) listed here.

Had same call, from the same Jen, with the exact same reference number... what are the odds? Oh, by the way, I never had any student loans and graduated in 1977!

Never had a student loan DEFINITELY  A SCAM!! Same ref # as everyone else 044022. Would love to find out who this scumbag is.

We got the same call from “Jennifer Davis.” No one in this house has student loans.

Jennifer Davis called and left a message on our recorder saying that it was in regard to my federal student loan, and she needed to discuss recent changes in repayment options.  She requested that I call back and use reference number 044022.  I paid off my student loans over 30 years ago, so I thought that since she sounded so official and actually left a message (which most scammers don't do), I should call back and let her know that she must have the wrong person and phone number.  When I called back, an official sounding recorded male voice gave me standard options for directing my call.  When I was connected to a customer service person, I could tell it was a call center.  I asked to speak to Jennifer Davis, and the customer service lady told me that Jennifer was on another call, but she could help me.  When I said that I received a call about student loans but no one in this house had had an outstanding student loan in well over a decade, she said she would update their records.  Not sure how they will do that as I have a blocked number, and I didn't give out any information, not even the 044022 reference number.

Got the same call, the thing is I have a student loan. I think it is a scam because in all the time that I have been paying my loan they have never once called me. They notify me in the mail or e-mail of my upcoming re-cert. I will call my student loan adviser to check it out.

Same as everyone else.  I have NO loans.  They sounded professional and when you call back they have recorded messages.

Received 4 calls from same person with different names and different reference numbers each time:Deborah Nelson, call back 866-371-6262, ref #022331, Angela Coleman, call back 866-581-0505, ref #022661, Ashley Coleman, message did not continue for call back # or ref #, Jennifer Davis, call back 866-263-5225, ref#044022.
If you get a call with any of these call back numbers, your reference # will be the same.  Itt is the same person's voice with different names!.  LOL!

Jennifer also left a message on our voicemail with same reference number.  I'm glad I looked it up here.  Thank you to whomever runs this website!

Just received a voice mail as other's have described. Since my daughter does have federal student loans I wanted to verify the call-back number as the caller did not say which loan servicer she was with. Thought it very odd. I'm glad I checked as I do believe this is a suspicious scam attempting to get money/bank information.
