I cancelled my cellular with Rogers on February 29th, after having been on hold for almost 25 minutes the rep told that there would be no penalty for doing so, as I was 30 days from finishing the contract.  Not so.  They  sent me a bill for the month of March and a cancellation charge of $20.00.  So, in all fairness, I paid the $20.00 cancellation fee but emailed them and said they had erroneously charged me for the month that I did not use their service.  I am still getting calls on my cellular and my office phone number so I suspect they are still trying to get my money.  They do not leave messages on either phone and I let it go into voicemail on both.  You are correct - this is not the way a company should operate.  Why would I pay for a month of service I did not get?

I did my rogers never call my home always at my neighbor I do not live it and they have my phone number resulat they have blocked my line I can not call just call and receive my bill is suposer be the $ 290 I reclame $ 430 and even if you their talks they understand nothing ex: my neighbor as accounts payable cest like me and rogers said they have ever been paying it reclame $ 800 and as the evidence just like me how I can call if there as an emergency

ah yes, and they had me sign in late April and early May it had finally connect my line on May 15 debut since they are not correct jaurais of my mother who listen cest have done by them

I registered my number for the do not call list, but because I am a customer of Rogers, and I don't owe them money, does that give them permission to call me at 5:30 on a Sunday night trying to sell me crap I don't want.  Sunday's are for families and not telemarketers calling my house at 5:30 trying to sell me crap I don't want!!!!

I'm not even a rogers customer at all so this isn't why they are calling!

Same number but I use the pay as you go method.  I had less than $2 left on the account.  They were probably trying to use it up so I'll go buy more minutes.  No message either.  Just ignore this one.

they left the cable hooked up at my place for at lease a year after the last person moved out, and i guess discovered it the other day because when i got up, there was no cable and rogers advertisements were stuck in both of my doors. then i started getting the calls from this 866 number, to my freakin cellphone, like 5 times a day. i just dont answer it, but i'm never buying cable off them, EVER! what annoying little pigs! how the hell did they get my number anyway? the cell phone's not in my name, the bill doesnt come to my house, and they dont even call the house phone!

Called friday 10 times from 8am - 10 pm

called 5 times so far Saturday starting 8AM this morning.

was called 15 times today by this number and they would not leave a message.

Recieved 10 phone calls in 2 days. tellin gmei have to pay my bill now,an dby credit card? btw, i dont give my info out to foreign people that cant speak english. so if you work for this company you might wanna check that out!

So far I have received 8 calls between 8:15am and 2:16pm today!  I am caught up on my Rogers bill...Ive been way behind with my Rogers bill before and I have never received this many calls...maybe just one call to remind me I owe them money.  Yesterday I received 9 calls...this has been going on for a few weeks now with 8-10 calls a day.  Funny thing it is on my cell phone that is with Telus...I do have a Rogers home phone and they dont call that! Harassment would you call it????

don't answer untill your ready to pay up , he can't reach the cable box where he is, and his cell phone batterly is dead too

rogers is currently calling anyone they can to get them to sign up for ther new cell phone that they now have.... i do have their services at home, but they were calling me on my cell phone at least twice a day, so finally i answered it and the lady just kept going on and on even after i told her i didnt want one.... so i just started to yell... first of all your using up my cell phone time on crap and im driving and its illegal to talk on a cell phone while driving are your gunna pay my ticket when i get caught?? so she let me go.. they havent called back..... YET!!

Rogers bill is always paid on time...actually EARLY and we still get these call three or four times a day. We're not freeloaders so it's not necessary to get us to pay anything. Seriously have never really heard a positive thing about Rogers...not sure why we use them as a service provider to be honest.

We do not have Rogers anything even available in this area. We pay all our bills ahead of time. I have owned this cell number for years.  This is just a SPAM call, & it is now blocked on my cell service.
