This is fraudulent. My bank would NEVER use a Fraud Protection Company and ask for my debit card number. I suggest you contact your bank before giving out information to someone claiming to represent your bank. My card has been frauded twice...and both times the branch called me...NOT a Fraud Protection Company.

been receiving calls from this number all day!! left one voicemail saying to call back with case number and/or my debit card number. didn't trust it from the second i heard it.

I got a call from this number earlier this morning.  I, lik Ree also have a Twinstar account.  I wonder if it's just Twinstar or if if they do this with other institutions as well.  Kathy stated that her "bank" would never...which makes me wonder, as Twinstar is a CU not a bank.

This is a legitimate service that Twinstar offers on their visa cards.  This service has saved me from fraudulent attacks on my account.

Its true as D.K. posted. The number 1-866-272-4481 rings to a legitmate fraud protection service representing TwinStar.  They will call periodically until they get a response.  I just returned from a local branch where I had the number verified.  This service helped save me a lot of money today.  Do yourself a favor, call Twinstar!

Got a text message and multiple calls from this number today. All stating that my credit card has been involved in some unusual activity and that I must contact twinstar immediately. This is a great service, my only problem is I don’t even bank at twinstar. Nor do I have a a credit card. 🤔
