Message something about Goldman processing group about  document attach to your name and social security.   They tell you to call them to avoid legal action.  SCAM.  So many variation of this call floating round with different name and number.  I received the call from 8174069205 but the message say to call 866 272 5043.

Same message as Sam stated above. Call came in from 972-476-8985.  Sam is correct in stating there are multiple variations of this scam floating around. This is NOT how things  are done under the Fair Credit standards. DO NOT answer them, and DO NOT give them ANY information or PAYMENT of any kind!! If they were legitimate,  you would have first received something in the mail. I have received nothing of the sort. Don't forget, there have been multiple breaches of everyone's personal information, including the most egregious one of all with Experian!

I've been getting these same harassing phone calls for the last 3 months. Each time they call its from a different number. I've done some research and found that they operate out of a house in upstate NY with a PO Box. I stopped answering their calls and now they leave a threatening robocall saying to call 866-272-5043.

I received the same call however they were looking for a sibling of mine.

I received the same call, saying it’s regarding a subpoena for my sibling and gave a case number. Not sure how they got my new number but he had some info on my sibling and I. Will be reporting it. Sounds like a scam.

I got the same call from the same number and told me to contact them at the other number. Unfortunately, this guy knew my SS#, my bank name, my account #, and my debit card number. He said I owed $5,146.22 on a credit card. I've never in my life had a credit card, only an ATM card and a debit card. He said they're go in to settle on an amount. They took $171.00 out of my bank account and will continue to do this for the next 2 months. I'm elderly and disabled and don't know what to do. I tried the BBB, but I can't make the complaint if I don't have their Email address. But unlike others that complained about this, I did get a letter in the mail.

The first thing you should do is call the police and make a theft report. Then call the bank with the number of that report and dispute the charges. Have them give you all new account numbers. I cannot understand for the life of me why you would want to pay them for a card you know for sure you never had. The BBB is worthless, you should have contacted your State Attorney General and the FTC and CFPB.

If you got a letter in the mail, what is the address of this company? You have enough information with that to file complaints and to sue them.

I got this call today. Michael Rosenstin. Says I owed money for a passed collecting years ago. He knew my SS#. Is this a scam
