Just rec'd call from the DCCU Credit Fraud unit. I wasn't sure if It is a legitimate call, so when they asked for my zip code, so I hung up & called the number on the back of my card. This was about a transaction I hadn't made. They couldn't confirm the suspicious transaction with me so they declined the charge. While on the phone with them, someone tried to use the card again, so they immediately blocked ALL transactions on this card. I'll have to visit the local credit union branch to have a new card issued, with proper ID of course.

Be careful.  The number is for Delta CCU, however it is a "ghost" number.  They make it appear to be Delta, but it is actually attempting, to get your login and/or account number.  Delta sends you through prompts, that only you can answer.  This company tried to get me to enter my debit card number; this is why I called and checked out Delta's site.  It said to "beware" of this situation and to call their main # or their 800 #.

I was skeptical and looked up the phone number on Delta's website as another post suggested and it was listed under Delta's fraud prevention services.  I called the number and it was legitimate trying to verify a transaction I made the day before.  When I made the transaction I wondered if it would send up a red flag and it did.  But the call is real, I just hope they didn't freeze my card since I didn't answer when they called me twice.

This is NOT Delta Community CU.  They spoof the number and when you call back, they ask for all your personal info.  If you are DCCU, why are you asking me info, you should already know.

Checked my account online ... no questionable charges.  They always call me on the weekend.  This is the fifth time in two weeks.

A family member has a Delta Visa card but is away from home right now.  I did not pick up on this call.  What I don't understand is why DELTA doesn't put their NAME in the caller ID...?  Or do they, if it's legit?   My phone read UNAVAILABLE.  I haven't blocked the number and will just ask the family member to check their VISA people when they get home.

I received a call from this number stating that it was from Delta Community Credit Union Fraud Prevention.  I do not have an account with them so this was very strange.  I didn't respond after the initial prompt and I was hung up on.

I need to speak with someone about my debt card a transaction  had  been taken from my acct. With out my authorization,  or consent. In the amount of $19.95 from Lexington law  with out my consent.

Then you should take it up with your bank.
