today i have gotten in contact with the rep via e-mail.i have had to cancel this order through 3 different people as different charges are made from different companies.it seemed as though they really didnt have a clue...

accai rep at first says i have been charged $4.95 for postage,i ask her y i have been charged more and its international postage,i ask her later to confirm what is on my account and she replies $4.95 until i remind her it changes to $24.95 so what is she looking at?she also confirms that i have had one charge from insider secrects but they confirm two???
so which one is it???why are they charging different amounts each time.nearly £90 on and hopefully the end of the nightmare.notice they havent got an answer for everything...

I got a refund for the Insider Secrets Guide. I'm waiting for the refund for the membership.

Interesting when I called the 8009895907 number the lady there was going to cancel my tea as well. But when she checked she noted the tea had been canceled already.  

Perhaps that was from the first call to 8662796513. He said he couldn't cancel both nor could he send an email confirmation she sent me one immediately for the insider guide refund.

I question an earlier comment about these guys being in trouble with VISA. Visa had no problem charging this crap as late earlier this week. If they were in trouble then VISA wouldn't have charged.

ALso note I called at 7:30 eastern time and got right through with virtually no hold time.

I just called the bank and told them that those chargers were not done by me and that i tried calling the phone number and no answer. so you file a dispute on those charges..cancel your visa/mastercard whatever and have them replace it so they can stop charging your card.. obviously none of us made those charges but they have our info to keep charging us. Tell the bank you have no clue andthey will refund amount and cancel your card and problem solved... and be careful next time when making online purchases same goes to me..good luck with it.

Yep - old ms skeptical got pulled into the Acaiburn scam too.  Nothing is free in life!

I have 2 $4.95 charges and 2 $59.95 and one $9.95 all steming from this "free", only have to pay $4.95 postage, Acaiburn nonsense.  

I have called Acaiburn and cancelled any further automatic shippments that I got signed up for.  They say they will refund the $59.95 x 2 when I mail back the three bottles of pills that showed up the other day.  

The other company that charged the $4.95 twice before I realized what was going on cancelled too but say they can't refund the money.  I did attempt to get them too but didn't keep at it too long.  Just told them it was a shabby way to do busy and to cancel immediately.

BUT - to be safe - I just called my credit card company, and guess what, they knew exactly what I was talking about.  They are getting a lot of Acaiburn complaints.  I cancelled the card and they will reissue a new number so at least I know the nonsense stops before they wipe me out completely.

Hi i ordered this acaiburn..which i am pleased with sooo far...i was charged the 4.95 on my account and hen i called it ..they were closed..i called acaiburn back and they said it an insiders ebook that was part of the subscription..they said i had to call the insider ebook to cancel..we will see how this goes.

I am having the same problem. I cancelled just 3 days after I got tricked in this scam, and I am very frustrated!!! I have been going in circles with all these 800, 866 #'s all from the same acai "free trail"

Yep me too consider yourselves lucky I ordered same product ...my new charge on my checking is $60.55 also a $10.00 charge for a membership, not to mention the $5.00 shipping oh yeah and I cancelled 3 wks ago was told I would still have to eat the s/h for the next shipment but it didn't come, also should have known better took almost 4 wks to get the first time, yeah go paperless...pay your bills/order online then someone will steal your info or use it as they want.

It is for an Acai Berry Burn Dietary supplement.

ANYBODY who gets a charge from this company, just call the number that comes up on your account and cancel your "subscription" AND tell them that somebody must have gotten a hold of your credit card because you CLEARLY didn't order. They will assume it is fraud, and they will refund your money in most cases.

THAN contact your bank and report your card as lost or stolen, and get a NEW account number. Just make sure if you have any ties to this credit card (ie: automatic amount gets taken out each month from certain places for bills) make sure to tell your billing companies your new credit card number.

PLEASE do this. This company WILL keep charging you small amounts (and even LARGE amounts) on your credit card, and even if you cancel they will tell you that upon "signing up" that they would give your account info to other "affiliates" and that it is your responsibility to cancel THOSE memberships as well.

It's madness, I tell ya. NEVER fall for "Free Trials" from diet companies on the internet. In almost all instances, there are MANY strings attached.

hi i'm have the same problem and yes that's for acai burn, i called to the number and they said the fee is for some membership and bla, bla, bla. because if you order this and you not call to cancel before 7 days  they going to change you this aamount wherever they wanted..
so, please if you had the some problem call the number because if you don't do it oh my god they going to take all your money..

I've been clipped for about $100 and intend to look into a class action lawsuit.  We probably won't recover a penny, but it shouldn't cost anything, and I'd be happy with an order that stops these immoral scam artists from continuing this practice.  If you're interested you can reach me at cab831@gmail.com.

I read the terms and conditions provided in the email (once already purchased) and it stated that I was registered two other sites (www.insidersecretstips.com and www.weightlossebookmembership.com) which have a monthly fee. I called the number 866-279-6513 and advised that I wanted to cancel the subscriptions to both of these sites. They advised they canceled them for me.

I also noticed that it had subscribed me to a regular batch of the AcaiBurn, I then called AcaiBurn on (800)659-3588 and canceled the recurrence. I was advised that I would be charged the $24.95 postage and the $59.95 for the AcaiBurn. So $84.90 for a free trial LOL.

I also done a domain whois look-up to find out who owns the domain and surprise surprise they have hired a company (Domain Privacy Group, Inc.) to hide the ownership details.

I guess time will tell how much my credit card account will be charged. With a limit of $17000 and going on a long overseas holiday soon this is one problem I don't need.

 Asked my wife why all the charges on the VISA? She claimed this AcaiBurn was only to charge $4.95 for a FREE trail. There was also $6.95, $59.95 & $9.95 charges.
I just went to their website to place a FAKE ORDER, and the offer details at the end clearly state that these will be charged. I only hope we can get most of it reversed(for my wife's sake). Will probably have the account number cancelled.

Yes I fell for this too ! Both Acai Burn and the other web company keep charging me. I had to finally report my card stolen. This free trial cost me over $200 ! The pills don't work either !!

I Fell for this too.  I got charged well over $200 and have been going back and forth to get my account cancelled.  I finally just cancelled my check card and got a new one.  It might be a pain especially if you have money being deducted automatically for bills but it stopped all the fees with Acai.  I tried the pills for a month and I didn't notice anything.  Best of luck.
