Voicemail said a complaint has been filed against me so legal in nature.

Received a text message saying a complaint filed against me and there will be legal action. I called and the female that answered and said I will be served due to a complaint against me. Did not tell me who the company is so I hung up. I believe this is a scam. I do not owe any one anything and then they called my daughter and left the same message about me.

I kept getting automated calls, for a name I had 25 years ago.  then the last few days someone has called my son and my daughter.  I have never and don't owe anyone money, I am glad I check this site, I know its a scam

They left the following message which came from a 508 area code, not the 866# they told me to call back. They used a last name that I haven’t used in years.  I have no intention of calling back based on google searches siting this could be a scam.

‘ This message is solely intended for xxxxx xxxxx concerning a complaint being filed against you.  Contact our office during normal business hours at 866-281-1321.  This will serve as a legal notice regarding your case.  You have been notified.  Goodbye.’

I get these type of calls every so offend. Last time I rcvd this call was a few years ago, I had a miss call and called back. Spoke with BLK feisty women. "stated there was a legal action / complaint against me" its all Fake don't believe these scammers. the call came from 747-205-6015. automated VCM left a number for me to call back 866-281-1321.

Same as those above: missed call. Was v.m. stating call back as am.being notified of action being brought on me due to some nonsense. Anyways don't fall for it people!

They have called me from 2 numbers, different people, same voicemail. I called back and essentially said it was a breach of contract lawsuit. They seem to get mad when I did not verified the last 4 of my social. I guess they work for North Coast Processing, but cannot verify. It was a blk woman that called me. first call was 09-20-2026.......... Second call was 10-15-2026
