Got a call from this number sounds like a recording saying civil division , that a court documents would be delivered I five days by a couier , and gave a number to call to talk to someone , but I send number to a lawyer and he tried to call and said it was a non working number ,. Then got a call from a different number 866-341-7187 , but my phone automatically blocks it a scam or fraud ,

"Process server" extortion scam.

Lawyer advise me to report it to state attnorey general office cause he said it was a scam call

You should also report it to the Federal agency that I provided a link to.  The Feds have taken down a couple of these crooks pretending to be debt collectors in the last year or so.  The more info you give them, the more chances they have of arresting this scum.

got the same number, didn't answer it.  didn't know who it was.  they left a message, it was a women said to call back on this number.  she didn't say who she was and what it was for or who she if for.
