It's a recording & the man on the recording says he is Jack Foster, they call everyday. Also i'm getting calls from 800-304-8519. On both of these recordings they say to call back at another number. They do not say who the call is for & what it's for.

I don't care if this man Mr. Foster, I said Jack Foster above, but it is Mr. Foster, calls until he is 106 years old, i'm not picking up the dang phone. If they would say who it's for & what it's for then maybe I would pick it up, it is very annoying having these calls 2-3 times per day & at all hours.

This number calls multiple times per day 7 days per week with threatening messages. They asked for me and stated it was a collection for a credit card I have never seen or heard of before. They demand banking account information and are rude and demanding but refuse to provide any explanations or discuss who they are representing or working on behalf of. This is FRAUD and a SCAM designed to gain personal banking information to empty your account. A legitimate debt collector would follow FDCPA regulations and send the required dunning letter allowing you to request validation. DO NOT deal with they scammers for provide any information, block their number and do not fall for their fraudulent activity.

I have sent complaints to the NY Attorney General, FCC and FTC regarding the practices of this company and our current FDCPA laws have no merit or effect, the consumer is on their own and these slime balls know they will not be held accountable for their actions so they continue the the problem is out of control. I have sent three validation letters via certified mail and two Cease and Desist contact letters via certified mail and the harrassment continues with no reply or response from NAFS. Organized crime never knew that criminal activity could be conducted so easily and outside the law with no prosecution or they would have been opending call centers making false accusations and harrasing people years ago.

Beware of these criminal theives!!

On april 18, 2012 I received a "collections" call from this company on a debt that was from 2002. I explained that this debt was part of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy that was discharged in 2001. This company NAFS is ruthless...no doubt they must have "mined" some on bankruptcy records, or purchased these unpaid debts from the company that originated them in an attempt to snag someone who is unaware of their unlawful attempts to collect such debts. I recommend reporting to your state agency and/or the FTC.
At any rate, BE AWARE there are some real bottom-feeders out there.

Called before 9:00 a.m. if you answer no one speaks. I called back and it goes to a voicemail for Jack Foster and tells you to leave a message. Yeah right if anyone thinks someone is dumb enough to do that. They are going directly to my blocked calls list!

was on hold for 5 minutes then got a machine to leave my name and information on the best time to contact me. I just hung up. I have a superb credit score well over 700 so I can't imagine what these people could be calling about .....I don't think they are legit!! The info I show below is what they are claiming...But who knows? It reminds me of all the FAKE Firefighter Associations that "CLAIM" to be collection for the Firefighters and they are just a bunch of slimers that just collect the money and pocket it.
