Calls often

These calls keep coming in! I blocked their old number but now they have this new number and I have changed my # so many times and I'm not about to do it again. Yet everytime I call them back they never pick up. It's not even me that they are calling about, it's someone named Jason.

Here's how to stop them:

Send them this "Drop Dead" letter VIA certified mail and request a return receipt.

If they continue calling after you have written proof they have received your letter, they can face fines of up to $1,000.00 PER violation:

You should direct all future correspondence in writing as outlined in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and to cease all communication with me by telephone.

Lastly, I would like to receive confirmation in writing that you have received this letter and will no longer be contacting me about this other person's debt, or I will be forced to seek further legal action.

Their number is toll free...so I called and told them if they call again, I will simply call them a bunch of times every day on their dime and post their number on my facebook where my "mafia wars" family of 4,000 plus will also start calling them on their dime ad mutually agreed upon dates and times, thereby overwhelming their phone system.  She removed the number from their database.

I keep getting calls from this number for a Lorenza Ford.  I have let them know that no one by that name lives here or has ever lived at this address or phone.  They keep calling.

I have no reason why these people keep calling me. I am not the person you are looking for. Stop harassing me.
